If the business owner wants to go out of business then keep those same employees. Get a fresh crew. Start over. I've been living less than a quarter of mile away for the last 53 years . Every time I go there lately is a complete mess.
Employees are downright combative. Go woke go broke. They remodeled some now the just need some new employees. Read the reviews I am not the only one.

The food from Hardee's is fine, always has been... but the employees at this particular location are a joke. I got 2 orders from here. 1 order had zero fries in it (2 combos), and the other was an online order where they gave me someone else's food, then argued with me when I told them it wasn't my order. Then after having to wait 10 minutes for them to make it, it still turned out wrong. Stay away from this particular location!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Too lazy to take our order along with calling us crackers and were asleep in the back when we arrived. They took too long to come to the window so we went inside to find out the issue. The two ‘employees’ were so incredibly rude, the worst of the two was at the window and said ‘f**k you im not serving y’all.’ because we said we had been waiting for someone to take our order. This review itself doesn’t even cover how awful our experience was.

The food is real good here. But they need to do something about people hanging around in their parking lot and asking for money. I know it's right next to the shelter but they still shouldn't allow harassment of their customers.

Went through the drive through and the girl in drive through was not personable at all. Very short, and I got a bad vibe from her. If you hate your job, don't work there...period!

The service was fantastic and prompt. I had a complex order. The cashier went back twice to make sure they were getting it right. Overall great quick experience.
