My first experience to Hardee's was pleasant. We went to try the new Jurassic World menu items the same week they unveiled them. The Primal Burger was incredible. I'll definitely come back and try the regular menu items. The service here was great!

While the fries and onion rings were good, the burgers were old, luke warm, and they messed up the toppings on one of them. When I tried to call about this, they didn't answer the phone any of the three times I called before closing. I will never go back to this location again.

Clean. Great employees that were happy to help. Fresh food and timely too! Avoid the one on Wade Hampton that's never hardly open and come to this one.

Their signage on their window as well as online and on Google Maps says they open at 5 AM. I arrive at the Hardee’s at 8:15 on Monday, March 14, 2022 there were people in the drive-through line exactly 3 cars in front of me when I pulled up to the drive-through the lady immediately say food will be ready in 15 minutes. Mind you it is 815 and they open up at 5 AM but at 8:15 she said that they were close and the food will be ready in about 15 minutes. If they don’t open up at 5 AM instead open up at 8:30 or later why not to simply put that on the window. There were several other cars pulling in in the parking lot and also in the drive-through thinking that they were open because that Hardee’s is always open at 5 AM.

Everything we ordered was present and accounted for. However, the freshness of our food was questionable. The hotdogs we ordered for our kids were inedible. They were like leather.

Stopped in during my lunch break to grab food for a coworker and myself. Drive all the way back to work to realize they gave me the completely wrong burger. Drive back to get it fixed only to be given the old, cold burger I originally ordered 45 minutes later.
