Just ordered my food I asked for a 5 piece chicken finger plate with an sprite & Buffalo salad with ranch and extra 3 pieces of tenders get to the window the first order was correct but didn’t get my salad right so then they asked me what kind knowing when you order at the speaker they repeat it to you and it was correct. So back to the window they tell me the price and they didn’t have it in the order. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I shouldn’t have to repeat 3 times if everything was right at the speaker

The cheese curds taste like they had detergent in them. The nibbles were good. The drive through guy spilled drink all down my arm as he handed me my drink and didn't acknowledge it or hand me napkins. Yes he saw it. I was shaking the sprite off

Waited in the drive thru line for a little over an hour (it's the only thing that sounded good that night) just to get the wrong order. The ticket on the bag was very clearly for another person and the order was much larger than ours.

If I’m paying $8 for a meal, I expect my fries to be full. Not literally 12 damn fries in the box. Waste of money. Do y’all need kitchen staff? Clearly unorganized when there’s not even a rush. What even is this?

Not worth your time or money.
I love zaxby’s and normally have a great experience but this location lacks everything a fast food place needs: speed of service, fair portion sizes (picture of a salad that badly fills the bottom of the container) flavor, and warm food.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews but I’ve given this location more than one chance. It’s unfortunate but the service is always super slow and the food is lukewarm at best. Find a different zaxbys to support.

03/05/22 I came through the drive through and the young man taking orders at the speaker was so patient and friendly, even took the time to introduce himself! He answered all of my questions with no problem and made sure to say hello with a smile at the window. Thank you Eugene, I hope I have the pleasure of you taking my order at my next visit!

The guy working inside at the front counter is so rude and they are more worried about taking a break instead of cleaning. No tea on outside to get drinks. Drink machine is over filling with ice about to dump on the ground. Line is wrapped around the building. Customers are in line inside complaining. Do better zaxbys.
