I was at this location last Monday. Manager was nice, but shouldn’t take 45 minutes to take an order when there is only 2 cars in line. Then an additional 20 minutes to make a milkshake that you will eat half of before you realize there is broken plastic in your cup. Maybe if the employee taking out the trash wasn’t standing behind the dumpster smoking a blunt for 20 minutes then maybe you could have taken care of customers in a timely manner. Yeah bro everyone saw and smelled you smoking that blunt. Do us all a favor and wait till you get home. K thanks.

Honestly if I could rate different times of the day I would.. but it still wouldn’t go above a 3. The machines are rarely working. The speaker is rarely working (this seems to coincide with who is working and if they want to deal with it) that is if this location is actually open.
My biggest issue is that management or whoever owns this location seems to not care.
I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes after being told to pull forward because they were having speaker issues (I heard him clearly so not sure what was actually working or not working) one person was in front of me while I waited to get to the window only to find out their ice cream machine wasn’t working.
I actively avoid this location and now will not return.

Absolute GARBAGE service. We used to go here frequently but the service went downhill so fast in the last 2 years. Decided to give them another shot because it had been so long and I was hoping they would be better. I was wrong. I ordered a BLT toaster that was not only not toasted but it also had no bacon! Just a tiny wad of lettuce and one tomato. I ordered a cheeseburger with only lettuce, pickles, and mayonnaise on it (which I had to repeat more than once to the lady taking our order) but instead I got a cheeseburger with no pickles but tomatoes on it with gobs of mayo on it and a few tiny pieces of lettuce. They seemed so offended when I came back around in the drive thru to get an actual BLT with bacon on it! They never gave me a receipt for my order either. They were so rude. I want my money back. I will be contacting corporate for this. I will never be back. This is ridiculous.

Absolutely avoid until it's properly staffed. Waited 30 mins struggling with kiosk, drive thru, and other cars struggling just to order. Location has fallen way off. Please Sonic don't respond with the website to submit feedback. Just look at the newest reviews here lol there's all your feedback

Placed a mobile order at 1:10pm. It is now 1:40 and am leaving the drive thru. Ordered a rt 44 strawberry limeade. It was just sprite and grenadine. Woman at the window stated that they don't do the fruit anymore, it's just syrup. Wrong! I was just here three days ago and there were strawberries in my drink. Then they proceeded to hand us someone else's order. She huffed and rolled her eyes like I'm the one who got the order wrong. Mind you, we already spent 20 minutes in line with two cars ahead of us. The employees were super lazy and were more worried about telling people the outside patio was closed. When we left there were six cars in line. I wanted to roll my window down and tell them it took them 30 minutes to get a mobile order and they still screwed it up.

Do not come here. This location needs to be shut down until they solve the issues here. They are severely understaffed to the point they can not operate and serve customers. I don’t know if this is a franchise or corporate store but someone higher needs to fix the issue.
Placed a mobile order, sat over 30 minutes waiting at a stall. Overheard someone tell someone at another stall that they were not taking orders at stalls. We go through the drive thru for a refund. They tell us they can’t refund us we have to go through the app. They insist they have our order. We pull up. The bags look nasty like they’ve been sitting for awhile. They insist it’s fresh. What they are telling us doesn’t add up. They say they can’t put signs in the stalls because they just opened and they don’t know if people are going to use the stalls.
They make a lot of excuses for their staffing problem. However we just drove to the N.Pleasantburg location. They have online ordering turned off, stating they are closed, but they are open. They have signs on every other stall stating they are closed.
Stop making excuses for bad management. I’m patient with the fact that places are understaffed. However woodruff rd is advertising $12 an hour and Pleasantburg is advertising $14 an hour and able to keep their restaurant open until 11pm.

I just sat here at the drive in stall for almost 10 mins with no response after pushing the red button two times. I've watched 4 other cars drive away and I can see the red lights of their empty stalls still blinking. If you guys are drive thru only, it's needs to be posted. Btw don't send a generic "We're sorry for you inconvenience" response. Use the monitors in the drive in stallls to notify everyone instead of flashing the constant adverts for food we aren't able to purchase while waiting a staggering amount of time with no response.

Tried to order using the drive through at this location and Pleasantburg Drive. Both were bad experiences. Pleasantburg was filthy with trash, over grown shrubs and weeds. Also did not have an item in stock.
The Woodruff Road speaker was unintelligible. Just kept asking to place an online order only, I think. I tried to place an order, but the person insisted to place an order online.
