Does not take mobile/all orders. Is not able to redeem the mobile offers. The staff is nice but appears understaffed. Make sure that you have time to wait.

Ordered at 1020. They decided to cancel my order for my family of 4 because they decided to close early (1030 instead of 11) due to it being slow. I know it’s rough time in the industry but integrity is something that requires no skill. Here’s the Wendy’s across the road I ended up at(super slow night indeed) Hope the manager goes through some integrity training so when I order before suddenly deciding close time of 1030 they honor an order put in before or at the very least be honest

She was the only person I seen in the whole restaurant! her service was amazing. She was caring, didn't rush me or cut me off when I was ordering. ( Which made the ordering process quick) and there were no errors in my order. I did not have to ask for straws, napkins, and she even asked me if I wanted a cup holder. (Which is a huge deal!) Most places assume you don't want one unless you ask for one, even if you have more than two drinks. ( Asking if the customer wants a cup holder if they have more than two drinks, and not rushing the customer or cutting the customer off while they are ordering speeds every thing up, and makes people want to return. Especially if they if the order is exactly how the customer wanted it or ordered it. ) This Sonic has been my favorite Sonic for 3 years now. 10-10🤩 👍🏅🌟

We visited Sonic on Pleasantburg on Sunday night. When I got home, my food was cold, I had to warm it in the microwave. But the biggest issue I had, was when my daughter ordered, she ordered the buffalo chicken combo with tots and a drink. She had to pay $10 for her meal when the largest was $7 and change. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this restaurant so she got a receipt and they had rung up her order item for item instead of the entire meal. We have overpaid for her order twice due to this issue. We feel like they are just trying to take advantage of a young lady. Here is a pic of her receipt vs her brothers receipt.....they were BOTH combo meals.

If I could give zero I would. I ordered on the app. Got there no sizes and lights all on. Parked in a stall so my account was charged. Say for a while no answer. Moved to the drive through again nothing. No one there waste of 30 minutes and what I spent on the order. Wonder how much money they are getting this way.

Avoid!!! Worst sonic in Greenville, SC!! They serve you cold fries and do not clean their milkshake machine!! I was ordered a Oreo cheesecake milkshake that had chocolate in it!! The whole milkshake was brown didn’t even taste like vanilla or Oreo at all just pure chocolate!!! I told them something wasn’t right with it from the moment I looked at it something was not right! I order this shake all the time never have I ever seen it served with chocolate! They refused to fix my shake! Waste of money and my time! The staff here is unbelievably rude and dishonest! I would seriously avoid this location!!!

We ordered at this location through the app since it’s a quicker convenient way, once we arrived ONLY drive through was open and the line was way back out and barley moving. Since we already placed the orders there was no way to cancel or get my money back. By the time we actually got to the window our food was cold and nasty. If only drive through is open they need to make sure we know that when placing the order, or else open the stalls only to people with Mobile orders. Very disappointed wasted a lot of time. Second bad experience at this sonic.

Currently the drive up stalls & patio are closed but the drive thru is still open. They're always nice when I order ahead on the app to get the happy hour 50% off drink promo for my strawberry slush. I like the cheesesticks & I'm always happy they come out hot unlike a lot of places! It seems like they're struggling with not having enough employees but still doing a good job.
