I wish we didn’t have to even select 1 star. This KFC has the rudest and laziest employees. They can’t get even a simple order correct and when you call they tell you they don’t care. Been waiting for 2 months for corporate to follow up when promised a response within 72 hours. Go somewhere else

Service ok. Food quality not. Have no quality control over the food. Chicken breast was overcooked, dry, cold and hard as a rock. Biscuit was same way.

I ordered $30.00 dollars of food a bucket of chicken the dinner. I thought you at least get more then 8 baby chicks and its was wet chicken looks like it wasn't done my son was mad told me to take it back but I waited 45 min on the chicken so he took it back and was told he have to take i call it hard crunched chicken can't chew that kind but what choice i was hungry gums sour for 3 days. Next time if I will check please check your food take time to do that.

The food was fresh and the employees were courteous. The lobby was closed and we were there at 7 pm. I thought that was a bit odd . They we're out of hot sauce &that was a bummer. We did have to pull up and wait about 5mins, But overall I can't really complain. It appeared to be clean in the lobby ,the staff were nice the wait wasn't too long and most of all the food was fresh. We will likely visit this location again. Thanks yall. My son was craving kfc 😆.
