Pizza Hut

The food was, as expected, excellent. However, your employee showed an unusual amount of dedication to her job and excellence in service in that she walked to work in the snow. At a time when most other Pizza Huts and other restaurants were closed, this location was open. When we arrived at 6pm, we learned ours was the only order so far for that lone employee. Again, an extremely dedicated and valuable employee to walk to work and show up when not necessarily required, and for minimal reward in terms of order volume.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my food at 6:23 pm. I received an automated text stating that they have received my order. @7:23 I received an automated text stating my food was on its way. By 9:00 pm I'm calling them with no response of the phone on their behalf. I would speak to their customer service reps (which are no help whatsoever not sure what they are needed for) that keep transferring me to the store. I called this store 5 times no response (they never answer the phone). Finally I drove to the store spoke to a supervisor/store manager by the name of Brandy as I wanted a refund and she tells me that the food was delivered. So I ask where and they say to a white house. Finally as the driver is coming around to say something he has a surprised and nervous look as I say my house is light blues he looks it up and says yes white blue and I gave it to someone (that he wasn't able to discribe since he wasn't able to remember because he had so many other delivers that every one was a blur). I NEVER received my food I payed for someone else to eat it. While I'm there trying to get a refund Brandy says I can give you a credit and remake your food if you like. As I hesitated (when I ask for a refund at this point I don't trust the restaurant anymore with my food) I agreed to the food and a credit. Which I didn't receive. I only received a credit for the food they gave me at the store not for the entire order that they gave to everyone else. When you credit someone you credit them and replace the mistake you made. Not make the customer pay for it and act as if you're doing them a favor 3 hours later. I will never order from this store again. The Brandy wasn't rude but she did not do her job.

Never had an experience like what I had this evening. I called placed an order for delivery told the guy as you can't speak to a store person anymore for some reason??? I told him after confirming all info. That I needed to pay with card I was then placed on hold and noone ever came back so I then called back still noone so I decided to place a new order and as soon as I did 20 minutes later I get a call saying my order was here to no fault of the delivery driver. If only the guy taking my order would've came back to the phone I would've told him I'd pay cash. Just didn't want 2 orders showing up at my door. Confused customer

Because of my customer service in person experience with them they didn't treat me like a regular customer they treated me like I owe or like I didn't ask for what I wanted but you asked another customer do he needs a bag but then I asked for a bag!!!! Smh it's just the experience of being in the customer service representative situation cuz I dealt with stuff like that which I don't have no problem with upset but still you could have gave me a bag too ask me do I want one

I havent had Pizza Hut in a very long time, today was my first order. It was lightening FAST. The food was hot and fresh, the delivery guy was the same one from a couple of years ago and it was great seeing him! Very sweet and friendly. Over all a very good experience. And I did already recommend to others. Thank you and keep up with the good work
