A little disappointed. I used to come before it changed owners and really enjoyed the food! My sausage dog had a rubbery bun and the baked beans were not even cooked! The first batch was taken out of the refrigerator and microwaved and parts of it were cold! So they opened up a can and microwaved the next portion and some was hot and some was lukewarm as things go with microwaves! This is way below expectations!! How hard is it to have your food cooked so you don’t have to zap it in a microwave!!! Ramsey would go ballistic!!! Lol Sorry guys but no need to ever go back!

Service was fast and the lady was friendly. We ordered hotdogs and fresh cut fries. Everything was good and fresh. We got our food with in a few minutes. I myself like the chili and fries. I like the casual and friendly atmosphere.

Charged for tap water and didn't inform my family.
Tables and chairs are dirty and are the kind made for outdoors. Take a hint use a power washer and some soap to clean them.
Food cost to what you get sucks. My son kids meal was overcharged based on menu price and they gave him like 6 tator tots as his side.
Spent like around $50 for lunch for 1 kids meal l, 1 hot dog and fries, and 1 hot dog and cheese hamburger
Going to Sonic is a better option or even Carolina Fine Foods for hotdogs.

Starting off food is good prices not so much but that is what it is, second the waitress were constantly on there phones and gossiping. Me and my wife were having a conversation and could hear they’re conversation over ours talking about alcohol and trying to convince the owner to close the restaurant early so they could go home. Needless to stay it’s not like it use to be when the old owner ran it smh.

My first & only experience with this cafe Thursday 3/11. I ordered 2 hot dog plates with fries & drinks. Take out. I sat and waited for my order in view of the kitchen. Microwaved the buns. Microwaved the hot dogs. The hot dogs were in the bottom of a bag smushed and fries on top. I told my mom I hope they taste better than they look! They didn't. Cost $17+ for the 2 "plates". I will never go back! Awful.

Visited this location on Friday, August 21st, there was only two young girls running the store. I ordered two hotdogs all the way, one of the young ladies was towards the back of the store on her cellphone. Once I placed my order, the young lady came from the back, without washing her hands proceeded to make my order without washing her hands neither putting gloves on. Now we all know that cellphones carry many germs. It's goes everywhere with us and sits many of places. For this reason alone, I didn't want her making my hotdogs. So, I brought it to the other young lady's attention, she went to tell her what I said. The young girl says, "well she doesn't have to get the hotdogs if she doesn't want". I spoke out saying, "I don't want them"!!! I got my money back and left. It bothered me badly, so I called back up to the establishment to speak with a manager, and I spoke with a lady that says she was one. I told her exactly what I just typed and her response was, "okay". Who says "okay", and that be all??? She could tell that I was disturbed so she begins to tell me that they have disinfectant rags in the back, but by this time I'm floored because being a General Manager for a well established fast food chain, I couldn't believe that was her response. I wasn't looking for anything free, but looking for someone that would emphasize and assure me that their employees would be coached in better customer service as well as food safety. However, I didn't. Therefore, they want have to worry about me returning.

I used to love going to Just Dogs before the previous owner moved. I have been disappointed with the customer service ever since. Today was the “straw that broke the camel’s back.” I went in and had a seat. Other than the current owner glancing at me as I walked in no one acknowledged me. They weren’t busy with tons of customers. I sat there 4 to 5 minutes before I got up and left. Owner (who made eye contact with me) said nothing and did nothing to stop a customer from walking out his down and not spending any money. I would have sat there longer if I had at least been acknowledged. I won’t be returning unless they change ownership. It is not the nice friendly restaurant of years gone by.
