According to their hours posted, the drive thru is supposed to be open 24 hours. I've gone twice in one week after work around 4am. The first time the worker stated they were closed for maintenance for the next 30 minutes. When I gave them a second chance this morning, I noticed 2 dressed workers sitting in the dining room watching me as I pulled in. A recorded message automatically played over the speaker saying they weren't taking any orders due to maintenance. Very frustrating. Don't advertise your business as 24 hours!!

Ordered through the app. Burger wasn’t done, or even made properly. No sauces were included, even though I asked for some. Egg rolls and fries were okay.. a little cold which isn’t a huge deal.. but I paid 21 bucks for fries, egg rolls and a chocolate cake, that wasn’t even what I ordered but I’m assuming they were out of cheesecake. I’ll refrain from ordering from here in the future.

Just not as good as other jack in the box I've been to. Nothing stands out, like it wasn't bad but I didn't even finish my burger which is extremely rare - and I was hungry. The ice coffee, normally good at other jacks, was very weak. Super long wait at drive thru but that's typical these days.

The Menu says Breakfast is served all day, but when I went the lady said they are not serving breakfast. A fish stinks from the head down. Who is managing this place???!!! Management will get on here and apologize to everyone that has left a complaint instead of correcting the problems. If this place is not going to be operated like it should and according to what is posted online and on the menu board, it needs to shut down, and be completely demolished so a new restaurant with employees that actually want to work can be put in its place.

Last night there were employees sitting outside I sat in drive thru for almost 20 mins and nothing. That was a long wait. No one came I drove around and no employees or cars anymore. Need to update Google hours if you are not open on Saturday at 10pm

Terrible service. Waited for 10 minutes next in line just to make the order. Food allergies were not taken in consideration. Asked specifically for no onions. Burger was smothered in onions. Two bites were taken before finding out. Called and said there was a big mistake made. Asked for the names of the people working and I was hung up on. Called back with no answer.

I went to Jack-in-Box to get a late breakfast this is what I got a booger on the napkin and burnt potatoes. Took it back they laughing like it's a joke. Will not ever eat there again.

I stopped by this Sunday July 3 right after 3 pm. I stopped in on a very limited work break. I was wearing my work uniform. I initially when through the drive through but then had to come inside. When I was served under cooked, raw chicken, the staff were reluctant to refund my money. I let them remake my grilled chicken, which came out dripping in grease and still slimy. When I told the manager in charge that I wasn't going to be able to eat it she informed me that that's just the way the grilled chicken comes, and that she laughed at me and said she was sure the chicken where I worked was also slimy. She just kept arguing with me that that how the chicken is, it just comes slimy. She stayed to raise her voice at me and I told her all I wanted was to not eat this food and have me money back. She went up her register and shoved the money back at me. I reached out to the customer care line. And was notified the district manager has 24 hours to get back to me. Since it's the July 4, I expect not to hear back. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was very professional bit I've never been treated so disrespectfully by an employee. I work for a pizza delivery company.

Food was amazing ! Drove 2hours for some Jack in the Box. I didn't think there was one in South Carolina but there is and the food is just as good as the Jack in the Box's in California. The car ride was worth it.

Service was good gave me fresh curly fries. The manager was rude cutting lights off on me and my friends. We didn't know it was close time should've came and told us instead of cutting lights off on us.
