I'm very upset over the service today. The worker came from the back with an attitude like she didn't want to be bothered. She was very unprofessional. She made us feel like we shouldn't be there. I see why why they have a lot of complaints. They wouldn't have a job without us. I'm tired of these nasty attitudes. They don't even deserve a 1.

It is 2:39pm on a Friday, Sept 3rd, and the door is locked with people in there. Someone goes to come out and the girl working behind the counter comes out after the customer and said they are closing so the manager can go get her kids. She said the manager told her to lock the door. I asked if corporate knew they did this and she said yes, which I think was a lie. (I'll be contacting them myself, just to be sure 🙃) I also asked how long they'd be closed for while the manager went to get her kids and she said she didn't know. I'm writing this review in the parking lot and have seen at least 10-15 more people try the door, losing money by the minute. I think this location needs to hire new employees or just close.

Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the the two African american women who work in the store, but they are THE BEST! One of them is the store manager, and they always give my co-worker and I AWESOME grade "A" customer service. This particular location is always busy, but they deliver fast service with positive attitudes. LOVE THEM!
