my experience has been a nightmare. I called on Wednesday April 13 to order a ham for Easter. The employee at Pleasantburg Drive, Greenville SC put me on hold and did not come back after 15 minutes of holding, I hung up and called back. Again I was placed on hold for 10 minutes . The employee said "its crazy in here we have no help, you must order on line." I asked if we could come to their location and pick one up. She told me no. So I put in their location and it directed me to Uber Eats. I placed my order on line, confirmed delivery day as Friday April 15 and Uber advised me the delivery to my home would be 12:00 to 1:00. I entered my credit card info and my order was $112.00. On Thursday April 14th I called the location to confirm they had my order. Employee informed me they were unable to confirm because they did not have any way of accessing Uber software. I asked employee if they had a record of my order. She replied she did not. I was once again advised to order on line. I told that I did that on Wednesday. Today, Friday 15th my Uber delivery driver called me from the store on Pleasantburg drive to say Honeybaked ham did not have an order for me. My husband is currently driving to the store to buy another ham. He will again pay $112 for a second time. I can only hope Uber returns my 1st $112 order to my account. If not I will have paid $224 for a 7 lb ham. Do not use this store location to do any business. They were not helpful, not knowledgeable, completely useless, and did offer any apology or help. Did not seem to care at all. Bad bad experience!!!!!

A spiral slicing machine spotted at a very popular local ham store here. They carry many products apart from the usual suspects of turkey, ham. The place sells other season's offerings too like rum cake, cranberry chutney. But their honey baked 'glazed' ham is the bestest! Alas no photo evidence of the crisp ham, their bestseller!

I was one of the many who prepaid in advance and waited forever only to be told they had sold my order. I received none of what I ordered and instead was given another ham to make up for the problem. I’ve been coming to this store for years and the last two have been horrendous. This place used to be wonderfully ran and I never waited long before receiving my order during the busy season. The new manager who replaced the tall man who use to be there is beyond awful and does not know how to treat her customers or her employees. Sharon should of been fired long before now and before she ruins this store even more.

Preordered my New Year's Boneless Ham, sides and a Carrot Cake to pickup at the 291 store. Everything was quickly bagged and paid for by the friendly staff. Everything was delicious for our family gathering on New Year's Day. If you haven't tried Honey Baked it's slso a great option for your lunch too. Give it a try. Tef

Placed an order for a ham the day before thanksgiving. Prepaid in advance and selected a time to pickup. Waited in line for over an hour. There was a separate line for patrons who had not prepaid and it moved twice as fast. There were the same amount of registers serving both lines. They should have had more registers serving the patrons that paid in advance. We asked multiple times to speak to a manager and no one came out. There was someone that appeared to be in some sort of supervisory role that sat at a desk in the back the whole time. It was very poorly run. There was one cashier Tammy who ran her behind off trying to fill orders, bless her heart. I don’t disbelieve that this is not an easy day and expected it to be busy, but whoever manages this establishment should be ashamed.

Last minute stop at Honey Baked Ham doesn’t need to be overwhelming. They look real busy & they are, but so well organized you’re in and out swiftly. Great group of workers that get the importance of Teamwork. Clairessa was great assistance to me.

The day before Thanksgiving I'm hoping there's still ham left... Yesss! *There's ham left! *My wait time is shorter than I expected. *The youngman behind counter is very helpful with my size determining too. Great! I'll definitely be back next holiday ❤
