Ordered my pizza over the phone in a reasonable amount of time. Pizza was ready within the time frame they provided me on the phone. Option to pick-up through the drive through or inside. Pizza quality and taste were great!

I ordered pizza and wings on 1/19 for delivery. I placed my order around 5:30 and it wasn’t delivered until 7:40. I called the store over and over again to find out the status of my order, but my call was repeatedly transferred to the call center. Once I finally received my order my food was over cooked and extremely cold! I have been calling the store, call center and corporate for 5 days. I was told that the manager would be contacting me but I have not received a call. I spent $68.43 on food that was not eatable. The sad part is nobody in upper management/corporate cares. I have NEVER witnessed such horrible customer service in my life! I will advise potential customers to pay for your order AFTER you check your food. I paid before getting my order and my money was wasted.

When I arrived at the location, I sat at the drive up window for approximately 10 minutes and no one came to the window. I then parked and tried to enter the store to see if someone could get us our pizza, however both doors were locked. I then pulled back up to the drive up window and began knocking to see if someone would come. After another 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally came and handed us the pizza. They did not apologize for the long wait. The pizza was over cooked and cold by the time we got it. I doubt I’ll be ordering from Pizza Hut anytime soon. For sure not from this store. The one on Wade Hampton seems to do a lot better.

The last time I ordered from this location, I ordered delivery and I got two horrible pizzas. I sent my boyfriend to the storefront and had them remade. I decided to try again, everybody has bad days. I got the stuffed crust pizza and an order of cheese sticks. Both were overcooked and dried out. The entirety of the crust and cheese were just like a flat baked cracker. The stuffed crust was hard and dry. The cheesesticks were burnt. Pizza Hut has the best pizza but this is the worst one on the planet.

Two out of the three times I have ordered from here my orders never showed up. The store would not answer the phone when called. The next day when calling, as if I were making a new order. The store would pick up. I would say I never received my food and was still charged. After giving the order number and all information from the confirmed order email the store would still act as if they had no idea what was going on. They couldn't find the order, or they would say it delivered. Always a thin excuse. When I stated I wanted my money back they would say they couldn't confirm the order number. After speaking to two different managers on BOTH occasions this occured, the store never returned money or credit for a new order. Both times I ended up marking the transfer as fraud on my card. At least the bank can do their job.

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. Took over 1.5 hours for my order and the restaurant wasn’t packed at all. Then I was told that the computer didn’t take my online order and that I had to wait another 30 minutes and that I couldn’t get my money back. Absolutely unacceptable to operate a company this way. Customer service not friendly at all. I want be a customer again and I use to order from here for company functions as well but will not anymore.

What had happened? Do Pizza Hut delivery drivers no longer exist??? I’m visiting from out of town, my brother ordered us pizza for delivery at approximately 4:30pm today (3/20/2022). It didn’t arrive until 6:15pm!!! And not from Pizza Hut, but from a Door Dash driver???!! This is totally unacceptable! We ordered from the PIZZA HUT app. NOT from DoorDash! When the driver brought the pizza to the door, she was wearing shorter shorts and basically crop top…once again an unacceptable representation of Pizza Hut. She did not have one of those carriers to keep the pizza warm, so our food was delivered lukewarm. And the thin pizza was over cooked. Totally horrible experience and I hope the other Pizza Hut franchises don’t follow this example.

Ordered delivery for my family although it came pretty quick the pizza was burnt. I called to order a replacement spoke to the manager and was told they would fix it, 1.5 hours went by and still no pizza so I called back to the store and was told they were still working on it. At this point I found my kids something else to eat and told them to just cancel the order I was then told I would have a credit for the pizza next time I order, not sure how that even works but I was very dissatisfied with the whole outcome.

Had multiple issues with this Pizza Hut. First time I had to wait 2 hours to receive one pizza and was constantly lied to on the phone that it was on the way. When I finally received the pizza it was cold, and when I called to complain a guy named Daniel was extremely rude, kept hanging up on me and said there was nothing he could do to comp my extremely late pizza. Even though online it says they will. I was desperate and ordered for a second time from them. I received a cold pizza that was smashed. It looked like someone shook the box before handing it to us. Extremely disappointed and will never go back.?

1st round the pizza tasted terrible, called and manager tried to make it right by remaking our pizza only to still taste terrible with a little attitude to go with it. Two car rides and money wasted, alot of pizza to throw away and still hungry...smh....will definitely not be giving this place my money ever again.

Awful experience. We called to complain our pizza was wrong, cold and greasy. The man we talked to said he was the manager he was very rude, awful customer service and bad quality food. We will never order from Pizza Hut.

People don't ever think to order pizza Hut on Pelham Rd I ordered pizza but received skinny cardboard mush they don't even know how to make pizza had to eat just cause of hunger

I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Not only did i have to wait for 2 hrs on a delivery thats right down the street from where i work but the delivery guy felt he needed to call me a B*#'!. And demanded a tip! I called the management there and they said they would "have a talk with him"! Unbelievable what ppl can get away with now a days! Thanks for raising my pregnant blood pressure jerk.

I just placed an order online and i just recieve a call from a women i identified herself as the General Manager and her name was Angelaor "angie" she stated that they ran out if crust for pan pizza fir the family box i ordered. I made her aware that i just called to confirm whether they were still open for delivery before i put in my credit card information. Her response was very nonchalant amd then said they also had know cheese bread which was also aart of the box. She then said for to take in consideration thay she was having a bad day. I told as a "General Manager" she is supposed to know to treat her customers with courtesy. She then told me she was going to pray for me and hung up. I will be contacting the BBB amd consumer affairs. I am experienced in litigation and i won't go down without justice!

CURRENTLY WAITING ON MY DELIVERY. I ORDER AND THE EMAIL SAID 7:50PM. ITS 821PM NOW. I CONTINOUSLY CALL THE STORE NO ONE WILL ANSWERED THE PHONE AT ALL. HIGHLY UPSET.
