Pro: Quirky store with fantastic merchandise! Neat Bubble Tea experience. Cons: Tea was just ok, too much cream for me personally. No wifi either. Sadly, very poor customer service experience on both visits. Only one employee (whom I think is the owner) onsite both times and she acted as if the customers were bothering her. I really wanted to like this place because it’s so cute, but they need to up their staff and work on customer service big time. A friendly greeting and a little pep in the step would go a long way.

A lovely peaceful atmosphere with a great selection and plenty to choose from without feeling complicated or overwhelming. There's a shop to the right of the entrance, and the sitting area has some cozy, but creative & quirky tables that match the rest of the decor. Also, there is a cute bunny who lives there. And plenty of books to read, if you didn't bring your own. The service there was polite and courtious. They told me the approximate time it would take, and time kind of flew by while I was there. This is a great spot to unwind and relax with a refreshing tea, and maybe a book. Wonderful.

My daughter loves tea and asked to try this place after finding it online. The sign on the door says they only allow one customer in to order at a time for safty which I liked, (although they did allow my 3 children in at once). They ordered smoothes and tea and the sales associate brought water for my dog while we sat and waited outside. We were very pleased. Each item was great and so was the service😊

My favorite Tea place hands down!! I normally go for the bubble tea with their in house made jellies and colored whip cream—it makes your entire experience THAT much better! My husband isn’t a tea person but he has tried the bubble tea, their apple pie inspired hot tea, and a green tea! Most recently I had a matcha tea with orange amaretto infused and it was incredible! My tastebuds are begging for more. All in all, Casing Rabbits is a great place for a treat! The owners are so sweet and have always taken time to help me find a new flavor or suggest an addition! Also great place to just unwind and play a game of checkers or test your Game of Thrones Trivia. They also have seasonal Triva events I cannot wait to try!
