Generally Panera is good, but sometimes they’re horrible. I’ve had to wait hours on several occasions just for curbside pickup. They’re also way overpriced and my rewards for them expired before I could use them. The last time I went my grilled cheese was burnt. For how much the food is, it should at the very least not be burnt. The food is normally good despite the price.

I came in placed my to go order. When they didn’t have everything to complete my order. I settled for something else only to find out once I got home that the entire order was completely WRONG! Proceeded to call the store and absolutely no one answered! I called 4 times. There is no way to leave a message or anything. By far the worst experience at Panera Bread! If I could give a lower rating I would.

I love this Panera and always have great food, but today not so much. I ordered bacon, egg & cheese on Ciabatta. The receipt says what I ordered, but got this instead. The cheese was barely there and the “sausage” was horrible. Maybe it’s just a bad day, i hope so.

I went today for lunch with friends. We got there a little early. Our soup was delicious, hot coffee and a half sandwich. We were served right away, friendly staff, great desserts. I saw several people working on a laptop. Handicap accessible and parking.

Stopped in here to take advantage of their Tuesday bagel special, got some great flavors to choose from, I was helped quickly and the gentleman at the counter was very courteous, and helpful, I was able to place my order quickly and back on my way, they always have some great food options here, so definitely check this location out, you won’t be disappointed!

Customer service absolutely sucks. I avoid this one. Just tried to give them another chance today and no change in the attitudes. The food is always good, but oddly they are just not friendly but the other locations are.

Very poor customer service. Most employees have a bad attitude and we are never asked what kind of side, just given one if we forget to request. Recently there has been no bread. Typically avoid this location since this type of service is the norm here. Would avoid if you have a choice.

Panera's classic grilled cheese sandwich is different, you can see the grill marks on the bread but it still maintains its softness like it wasn't toasted at all. It's very different and I really enjoyed it.
