My first time dining at the Melting Pot was for a birthday dinner for my
"Nephew in law". Two people in our group ordered the steak lovers meal. I created my own, I had the Melting Pot Salad with Peppercorn Ranch Dressing. For my entree I had the chicken breast, this comes with vegetables. We decided on the cheddar and alpine cheese fondue. The less adventurous people in our group (me included) had the broth to cook our entrees in. The salad was very good, the peppercorn dressing was a nice compliment to the salad. Some of the chicken was tough, even though it was cooked longer than the suggested 2 minutes cook time, that was not long enough at all. For dessert we had the milk chocolate and dark chocolate fondue, with strawberries, marshmallows dipped in crushed graham crackers, chunks of pound cake, brownie bites and pineapple chunks. The dark chocolate with sea salt was the "bomb". I can honestly say that I did not enjoy the cooking part of my meal, it was time consuming and our pot was not cooking that well. The heat had to keep being adjusted. We arrived at 5:30, it was after eight when we left, most of that time was spent trying to cook the food. I would suggest if you have a big group to sit at different tables, because in my group 5 of the 7 people were using the same cooking pot. I did enjoy the dessert part, and if I go back it would be just to do the dessert fondue. I realize that cooking your entree is part of the "Melting Pot" experience, but for the price and the time it took to dine, I will be dining else where, unless it's for the dessert.

Our family of 5 dined here for a special family dinner. Our server was Zoe and she was outstanding (ask for Zoe when you make your reservation). We ordered from the gluten-free offerings and everything was so delicious! Here's what we enjoyed, and would highly recommend: Cheese Fondue: Wisconsin Cheddar and Spinach Artichoke (included gluten-free bread) Salads: Melting Pot House (gluten-free didn't have croutons) Entree: The Classic and Steak Lovers with Court Bouillon and Mojo (subbed a few meats for gluten-free ones, no problem) Chocolate: Flaming Turtle and Yin & Yang (included gluten-free brownies and cookies) ** Melting Pot is expensive but the experience and food are so worth it.

The drinks and food were all amazing. The server is what made the night, though. I'm pretty sure he said his name was "Reed". His help with flavor suggestions, his conversation, and just overall attitude was the most memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

A fantastic meal. Plentiful steak. Shrimp fish and chicken. Bread and cheese with vegetables for dipping. The desserts were so good! Fun time cooking food with friends. The staff was great.

My friend and I dined here last summer. We had such a great time! The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Parking was somewhat confusing since it’s a busy area, but we used the adjacent parking lot without any trouble.

What an experience! This was my first time at The Melting Pot and I can't say enough. Our waitress was everything and more. We went down to Greenville for my Birthday, made reservations (a definite must if going here) and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The food was perfect portion size. I wish I could remember her name, but she made the experience for us! For the price it is definitely a special occasion restaurant, but worth every penny spent

Our experience was fantastic. Our server was amazing even though they were short staffed. She did a great job. We enjoyed two cheeses and the new charcuterie board. We also have two different chocolates. It was all great.
