Absolutely 5 stars! I wish I could give them more! Family owned and operated barbeque at its absolute best! We arrived about 2:30pm and Tim (co-owner) walked us through the entire menu plus sauces. He answered every question and gave us his recommendation and explained whose recipe each side dish was. I decided on the brisket plate with baked beans and Mac and cheese. My husband picked the rib snack plate with baked beans and coleslaw. Tim brought us our food and even brought us some pulled chicken and pork. It was all phenomenal! The bark on the brisket was so tender and delicious as were the beans. My husband generously shared a rib and it was so moist and tender I refused to give it back. We also hot peanut butter pie to eat. My husband really wanted more ribs so he ordered another snack plate with sweet potato and potato salad. Chris (brother and co-owner) brought it out and also gave us 2 chicken wings to try. They were great and the sweet potato crunch was fantastic! Neither of us are hug sweet potato fans but I would eat them every day if they always tasted like that. We sat and chatted with Chris for a bit and it was very apparent he (and his brother) was a family man that was passionate about his faith, family and barbeque. I would absolutely recommend you stop in and try everything on the menu. If I lived here, I would quit cooking because I'd want this every day. They also have a military support organization called Op-Con, where they ship food and other essentials to deployed military personnel.
