Fast, efficient service. Great food. Prices have recently increased due to supply issues (not their fault) so check the menu as you order. The grilled chicken club is the best, and when you hold the tomatoes, they discount them. Use the app to save even more time.

This location, like most chick-fil-a’s has always been extremely clean with great service. I think it is almost impossible to find any negative vibes at this location. My go to order is a number 1 with cheese and bacon added to it. I will be back 10 million times.

Grew up on this chickfila. Such a great staff and a great location. They are so quick I could order them during my senior year of high school. Love the minis and the sandwich.

I used to visit this location often. For some reason, after the remodel, the chicken noodle soup started to be overly thick. One night I got home, and the entire container was like gelatin. Another time I barely had any chicken in the soup. I never had these issues before so it was surprising that it kept happening. And when trying to contact the store about the issue (especially when it was gelatin and inedible) the phone line wouldn't ring. I ended up having to send an email. I was told I'd receive a credit and to just let management know when I came in. The following week I did just that and was met with a little hostility. Not sure if it was a manager or supervisor but they were asking if I had pictures of the soup that I purchased a week prior to. I also had to show the email AND original receipt just to get another bowl of soup. I was so unimpressed I asked for a refund instead and I haven't visited this location that often anymore.

They didn’t give us enough food worth $18 I asked for Polynesian sauce eight times and didn’t give it to me the customer service was very rude there was not enough food for me paying $18 please I recommend to not eat the breakfast bowl or burrito don’t even go to Chick-fil-A in Pisgah Church go to one on gate city yeah go go to gate city Boulevard or Battleground Avenue can you go

I always enjoy visiting this Chick-fil-A! The staff is courteous and welcoming. The food items are served fresh and with accuracy! There's one particular lady that normally works the drive thru window in the mornings. She's so delightful with her words of encouragement for the day! 🥰

As usual the employees are nice and can work a line down quickly. However this Chick-fil-A food does NOT compare to other ones when it comes to the food and quality. At other Chick-fil-A’s the food is always good. I will come here order the same thing and it’s nasty.
