Our server, Deja, was very sweet and helpful. Superb customer service. Their twisted ribs were absolutely delicious. The blooming chicken was also, and the baked potato was made to perfection. The steak was not to my liking, but the waitress and manager outdid themselves to make sure it was still an excellent experience.

Update:Got home with the food that was re-made and checked by the owner AND it was missing that rice!! Absolutely the worst!! This is the 3rd time in the last 50 days that the order was wrong or missing items!!
They never get online orders correct. I tried multiple times without success. The last time I took the actual incorrect order back to them instead of calling again. The owner suggested that once I place my on-line order I should CALL a manager to make sure that the order is correct before I come to curbside to pick it up! I had to drive from my job in High Point and wait for them to remake the incorrect order. I should NOT have to do any of that to get my food prepared correctly. Shannon, the owner didn't seem to care about my inconvenience or the fact that they
make so many errors in preparation of orders.I asked for a refund and she refused! She offered 10.00 on a future order. I will not be spending any more money on online orders with them. It's obvious that they are terrible at reading and preparing orders!!

Nice atmosphere, we sat at the bar. Love the dimmed lights and the TVs to watch sports. Service was good. My medium rare steak was a little tough but I will definitely give them another try. My husband's was cooked right. Maybe I just got a tough piece....

I feel like they served me COVID ON A PLATTER!! I visited this location on 12/7/2021 and I am disgusted with my experience. I was served a blooming onion on the platter pictured below. Because it’s all over the bottom and side I didn’t notice it until we were clearing up the table. They served my food on a disgusting dirty platter. After asking to speak with the manager I was simply offered the blooming onion for free. I asked why it wasn’t cleaned before serving food on it and he basically shrugged me off. He was not empathetic and acted as if he couldn’t care less. There was bbq sauce, a white sauce and idk whatever else dried and stuck to this platter. In the post Covid world we live in why would this ever happen. That is literally the last time I will ever eat there. They should be closed down or have the health department called in them.

We visited this Outback on Friday, May 27 around 7:15 p.m. As was expected, they were super busy with a lot of customers. However, my wife and I were seated immediately and the service and the food were the best that we have had eating out in at least a year. We were very impressed and pleased with our visit and will definitely be coming back to this location.

Came here for dinner with mom and were greeted warmly right away and seated within a couple minutes. Our waitress, Emma is great. She came to our table, took our order for drinks and soup appetizers. The French onion soup is great, highly recommended. Emma is friendly, very attractive and very professional. Perfect mix for a waitress and her service is top notch. I got the ribeye and shrimp, mom got sirloin and shrimp. The temperatures of the meat were correct and the seasoning was just right. Emma was quick to refill drinks and frequently checked to make sure we were content. It's such a pleasure to have good food paired with such great service. Next time I come I'll be requesting her as our waitress.

I love this Outback! Service is amazing and the bartenders are outstanding. Everyone is so nice and inviting. Best customer service I've ever had. We went on Valentine's Day and the Manager even came out to welcome us. She wished us a great Valentine's Day!!
