Culver's

The gentleman who helped me at the drive thru today was an angel. He was very polite and accommodating. We have been sick for a week and he was so helpful with our order. We’ve been craving Culver’s and not just for the food! The customer service is way above average. I think his name was Sebastian but I’m not certain. Either way kudos young man! Thanks for making our day a little brighter 🤗

This Culver's has really went down hill. It use to be very clean and nice. On my visit today the lady taking my order couldn't figure out the register and when she asked for help the teens she ask debated on who would help her. The place is an absolute mess! Also out of everything. The drink station was out of large lids. No napkins or ketchup. When I asked for a lid the same 2 teens debated again on who would get me a lid. Then neither one did. I had to ask again and a young lady had to get me one from the drive through. Food was good and order was right. I just feel like they need to work on cleaning, stocking items and work ethic.

We ordered take out inside. The drinks were given to use before our food and were good. The food however sat in a bag for 20 minutes which, when given to us, was different than what we ordered, and cold. Also the employee handing us our food was very unfriendly. Food gets a 1/5 stars and service is a 0/5.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry or want your order correct. They have forgotten ranch on our last 3 orders. The most recent visit gave us 2 sandwiches made incorrectly. Had to go inside to have them remake and they still came out incorrect! Couldn't wait a 3rd time because the remake took 15 minutes! And we were late to an appointment with all the time spent in drive through and waiting for our correct sandwiches that we never received.
