Applebee's

Wellllll this Applebee's isn't what it use to be. Loud music at 8:30pm... It's hard to enjoy our food when we felt like we were at a club.. our waitress was nice. But we had piles of our dirty dishes on the table for over 30 mins before she came for them.. so we had to eat around them .. n she passed our table 10 times over.. food was warm at best.. the wonton tacos were half filled with chicken.. onion rings taste like old veggie oil.. won't b going to this location any time soon.

Food was mediocre service took forever they forgot to make my wife's food so she had to sit there for half an hour while they made the wrong thing and then made it again and then on top of it all she asked for no onions and they gave her more onion than burger, literally I took a picture here you go.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at your restaurant. First off, your hostess looked and acted miserable like she didn't even want to be there. She was on her phone the entire duration of our visit. We were seated next to the bar area, and our server never came to our table once. At the time of our visit, your restaurant wasn't even busy. We waited 20 minutes and realized nobody cared, so we walked out. I told your hostess we were tired of waiting. She responded with, "OK", and went back on her phone. I love Applebee's, but this was an embarrassing dining experience and I hate dealing with people that don't care about their job and don't take pride in what they do. If I could rate this negative five stars, I would based on the service or lack there of alone.

If I could give a billion stars I would. Service was absolutely flawless, flawless and flawless from the meal to the raspberry lemonade they gave me. And the hospitality of the waitress was off the charts. She went out of her way to elaborate enthusiastically and engagingly on the specials and different features of the menu. She came with a phenomenal attitude. Not only that but when we left, she gave us some biscuits to go just because. I made sure her tip was large and reflected her great service. You all are doing a phenomenal job at this location. I also love the look, atmosphere and how the place is kept. Thank you!

Sorry to say it was not a pleasant experience. Although the server was friendly & accommodating, most of our food was barely warm. My husband had steak, medium rare but it was cooked the first time medium, almost medium well & his dinner was cool. They remade it but came back pretty much the same way & they gave him different sides than he ordered the first time so back it went again. I was finished with my meal before he even got his the final time. They did take $10 off our bill for the inconvenience but he will never go back. My meal was okay & I will probably eat at Applebees again but not this one.

My rating is not related to the food or service once my 2 person party was seated, but it seems like this is a struggling location and customers pay for that. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 full and we waited to be seated for 40 minutes. A number of staff members were goofing around in sight of those of us waiting, definitely not paying attention to the tables they did have. Something is off and I don't recommend choosing this location.
