Greencastle Pizza Hut has a great manager and staff, the best pizza and service! Had a flat tire on my way to pickup my online order tonight. I called to let them know what happened and the manager said to just call back if I was going to make it in. 2.5 hours later when I had my tire changed, she generously remade my order for pickup. Thank you for making a very aggravating evening better and one hungry customer happy!

I just wanted to share with you folks about Taven's birthday party at the Pizza Hut in Greencastle. The cost was the cost of pizza and sodas. No rental, lease, just bring in some decorations and set it up. Carol is the manager there, she watches over us and assures us a wonderful time. Just say'n,,,,,, We have gone there two years in a row, and Taven and his guests have a great time. We were missing Grandma Linda because she was sick. We were missing his best friend Koda as there was a recent loss in his family. I'm a bit of a "regular" at my town's Pizza Hut. I usually order delivery despite the outrageous 'delivery fee' of $3.99.😠 Anyway... Sometimes the food is a little sloppy or not made correctly. As an old employee, I hold the quality of food to a very high standard. All of that being said, my most recent order was PERFECT!!! The food was made to 100% perfect standard, it was the perfect temperature, it looked fantastic, a d the delivery driver was kind and right on time (as she usually is) I give the food and service 101% A+ (the extra 1% is because it was snowing)😊

My grandson doesn't like cake so on ? I? birthday we cant surprise him much . But this year he told me to get him two chocolate chip cookies from pizza hut . And they were very good . Theres 8 slices per cookie .And the employees were awesome.
