Staff (teenagers) were rude and unprofessional. I ordered a cherry coke and specified no ice. There was ice in it at the window and I politely asked again for no ice. They proceeded to talk amongst themselves with an attitude and within my hearing about how I "didn't tell" them it was no ice and should've.
I stated I did in fact specify, but was ignored. They shoved my food and drink at me and shut the drive thru door without a word.
Even if I'd accidentally forgotten to say, is it so big a deal for such a minor mistake?

Do not recommend on ordering online or from grub hub they can not get the orders correctly or even make the food right.

Sandwich was okay, fries were hot and Crispy. Dining area was clean, but also empty. Drive thru was busy and the staff was friendly.

2 days in a row, bun was dry and falling apart?? Not sure if bread was out of date or just sat out too long. Burger had decent flavor.

It's the kids new favorite place but the drive-thru has no clue as to what a lot of ketchup means they gave us one package

Just got served 2 commercial worthy crispy chicken Blt (the cheese was melted) and the beautiful voice of an angel talked me into the chunky chocolate chip cookie very pleased

We went to Wendy’s for dinner and the building was wrapped. After ordering I realized I had not ordered part of my meal correctly. When I got to the window I asked if they could fix it. The lady at the window was VERY polite and said they could correct it. the kitchen staff obliged and did amazing! Got all of our food correctly and did not have any troubles correcting my own mistake! Thank you soooo much! ☺️
