Taco Bell

I love Taco Bell, but this trip to the Taco Bell in Greencastle, PA just off of Interstate 81 was a terrible trip. As you can see by the pictures that the taco had extremely little meet, all three shells I had were broken, and the amount of other toppings were very limited. You know it is bad when all three tacos together were thinner at the top then the soggy bottom. Most of that was lettuce because it doesn't lay flat. I have been going to Taco Bell for over 30 years, and this is the first time I have ever thought of writing a review for poor product. I can't believe you can blame this on a new employee, usually they would put too much in.

Whenever I’ve gone through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell their service has been good and they’ve never messed up my order. I work late hours for work sometimes so it’s really convenient to be able to grab food right next to the interstate. For a while they were closing early with technology issues so that would be disappointing, but that all seems to be resolved lately. If you ask for any sauce they will give you approx. 20 packets which is a bit much, but it shows that they’re not taking shortcuts in filling people’s orders. The people at this store deserve more credit for the service they provide!!

The food was very good for fast food. I have been there several times in the past few weeks. I just wish they would turn up the heat when you are dining in. I understand it's the winter but turn up the heat for your customers. The employees were also bundled up to keep warm. Other than that, no other concerns.

Truck driver, had the same experience as other truck drivers dining room closed and not allowed to order food if you walk up. They have a sign at the second Drive Thru window saying something about you need to be in a vehicle. But why would you put it at the same window you get food. Put a sign on your front door. They need a sign saying that they won’t serve truck drivers. They don’t have to worry, this Tbell won’t be getting my money if the dining room is ever open.

How can this location turn down truck drivers that walk up to the drive thru window because obviously, drive thrus are not made for Semi Trucks to go thru them… They wouldn’t even be a company without truckers and they treat them like this. Definitely disappointed get your stuff together and SUPPORT TRUCK DRIVERS!

Taco 🔔.... The only Mexican food that travels well, meaning you can carry it out and it still is good when you get where you're going. But that is not the reason for this review. This review is directed specifically to the employees on duty that evening "Friday the 16th of October" and their excellent customer service skills that were displayed. Even when the automated ordering system wasn't working correctly the employees took over and made sure that our order was right down to a T and the product it self was very tasty when we got home. We will be back again and hope that this type of service at this location continues.

This is the absolute best Taco Bell in the area. I drive from Chambersburg anytime I have a craving, because everything about this restaurant is better than the one we have in our town. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and the team members are super friendly. At my local Taco Bell I feel like a nuisance every time I go. I wish every Taco Bell would take notes from this restaurant.
