Ordered a chicken pot pie and it was just vegetable mush. A few strands of chicken meat and loads of carrots. I don’t know if these come precooked but the least you could do is put actual meat inside. This photo is me attempting to find the meat and it turned to soup.

Still has grilled chicken; a definite plus! Staff was really nice, location pretty clean. Not bad for a KFC

The staff are not rude but not nice..don't work with people if you don't like dealing with people. The food could be better too. Will not go there anymore.

Ghetto establishment! Manager Lorenda or however she spells her name need to be working elsewhere her customer service is Poor I will be reporting her to corporate you will be better off going to Sardis where there customers service is EXCEPTIONAL

First experience was so nasty. The drive through communication was unprofessional, service slow and unconcerned. I went there because the Popeyes on the opposite side had a long line on the drive through. Purchased the family meal bag, got home hungry and ready to eat, the coleslaw was ganished with a detarched female manicure nail. Case closed, what a disgusting sight, the coleslaw went straight to the trashcan.

I've been to this KFC many times and their food is consistently good. And there staff is always quick, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this location.

Overcharged for a 2 piece meal. Was supposed to be 6.99 but 15 dollars was debited from my card. I declined a receipt but guess I should have taken it. This was the Greenbelt MD location. Check your receipts when going through the drive through line, even if it holds up the line an extra minute!

I'm not sure why indoor seating is not an option but mumy order have all been correct. The food is tasty and it appears to be cook as ordered.
