Once again- another place that I had not stepped foot in since the Great Shutdown on 2020. I was craving a cone of my daughter's favorite flavor--Jamoca Almond Fudge. (Side Note: she is away in college and this was a great way to think about her today.). The shop is small, but clean and the service was top notch. Astrid helped me remember the name of the flavor I was searching for and served me a delicious sugar cone of my flavor with a smile. I definitely recommend visiting this location in Greenbelt, MD. Thank you, Astrid, for the excellent customer service. Keep up the good work. I cannot wait to come back to visit. 😋🍦

Terrible service. I ordered a 1 scoop sundae, the girl barely gave me any ice cream, when I asked her about it she told me “all sundaes get kid size scoops” like ????? I always order that and this is the first time I heard such thing. The other clerk was chill and gave us an “adult size scoop” lol for our cone. So I guess don’t order sundaes at this place.

This store ruined my daughters birthday and I will never spend my money here again. I have actually been a loyal customer at this specific location for years, unfortunately my business has been lost for good. The customer service was gone down over the years and I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I placed an order for my daughters birthday, I ordered a unicorn cake on a Sunday with an expected pick up of Tuesday. Well I get there on Tuesday to pick up the cake, and to my surprise the order isn't ready...because the associate who took my order put it in for a pick up of Thursday! I was told to take another cake however the cake that I was given was a generic cake not the unicorn cake I ordered, I was in a bind because the store was closing in an hour and my daughter was expecting a cake for her birthday so I had to take what was offered. This store has done nothing to rectify this incident. The only thing that they have done is blame me as if I don't know my own child's birthday. This mistake was completely on them, the receipt I was given has the proper date. The associates will not even give me the managers name. The associate should have done her due diligence and properly read the ticket. This is unacceptable and not how you keep customers. There are other ice cream shops in the area such as Carvel, Hershey even the local Giant has better service then what they provide.

This is the worse place I went. I went to the store on Thursday with my kids to enjoy some ice cream. And It’s usually the same guy I see, the employee wasn’t in uniform, wasn’t wearing a face mask and gloves! What else the employee don’t do! The other employees are good of using face mask & gloves. But I will never come back!

I have been ordering my cakes from here for years now. Can I just say Oh my god the cake was a complete disappointment I order a cake that had picture on top and picture was probably not sticked right or put in right because it was sticking out from the sides and it has like air bubbles in the middle. This use to never happen maybe the new cake maker does not have enough experience or enough training please train your cake maker. BY THE WAY same thing happen with the last year cake so yes definitely not coming here any more for cakes

If your online hours say closing at 10 PM make sure you close at 10 PM. Not 9:30 PM! You might as well change the hours to 9 PM. You have people coming and driving to buy ice cream. Whoever the Manager is make sure your employees know to close at 10 PM not 30 mins before. Thank you! Other then that its a great Baskin Robbins! Always come here. Around 9:30 and its always open. Never seen the guy today but let him know y’all close at 10 PM
