Chipotle Mexican Grill

Usually I love this place. Food is always great as well as service. Tonight Saturday night, service was terrible. Coming from the service industry and a fast paced restaurant, I would recommend that they add another server to the bar area during peak happy hour times. The ONE server they had to take on the entire bar area, clearly could not handle the load and was not friendly in the least bit.

I celebrated my PhD today in this fine place. I am glad to say that we had a phenomenal evening and the place was surely the reason for the happy meeting. The stuff participated in a sweet way, the food was great and my guests were extremely happy. We shall definitely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Best chipotle I have ever been to! If I’m in college park, I drive the extra minutes to go to green belt and go to this one! The staff is always so friendly. They’re never skimpy while making the bowls! They never run out of ingredients and I think that says a lot about how well managed this place is.

They always give uneven amounts of food. It has happened several times. Sometimes it is a heaped bowl. Other times it only reaches the edge of the bowl. Today, they visibly gave very little for each ingredients. When I asked, I was told “we have to ration it.” This is ridiculous. I am paying for this. When I came home, my families all said “why it is so little today?” There are “holes” in the bowls. The food did not even reach the edges of the bowl. Hopefully the company will improve training, and maybe come up with a better equipment to make sure of the consistency of serving portion. Just reading some reviews. Lots of comments on inconsistency of portions. Apparently the owner of this location does not care. It has not been improved after so many reactions.
