Pollo Tropical

I ordered chicken ceasar salad and avocado salad. First of all look the dressing cup how much the add on it basically it looks like they run out of dressing (employe said that's the amount he can give me) really? The chicken ceasar salad don't have dressing at all, they barely put no-chicken on the chicken ceasar salad. 🙄 I'll stop buying food here they messing up they orders and quantities. No first time happening.

I went through the Drive thru (long line). When I got home I realized they didn't put any meat in my meal. I tried calling by phone and could not get through at all. I had to drive back to the location to get the correct order. I asked for fresh everything since it had been about 30 minutes since I first got the order. The girl did not honor my request so I had to ask again. She gave me fresh food. No discount or refund was offered which I felt was quite rude.

Arrived here at 5:30 pm Saturday to order & pick up dinner inside. Service was extremely slow. The woman preparing the outgoing orders was lethargic to say the least. No eye contact and when she finally called out my number I could barely here her and she walked away. I went over to the order to check. It was my 2 half chicken dinners so I took it and left. When I arrived home the chicken was so dried out the meat was like shoe leather. This is not an exaggeration. What was infuriating, there were tons of fresh chickens cooking, and they served me old over warmed meat. This meal had to be thrown out. It was not salvageable. I've been to other locations and they were great. I'll never go to this one again.

This is the third time that i go to this location because is the closest home and they serve my order wrong. Always they missing something or they give me the wrong plates or they do not add something. It’s a literal mess, and there’s nothing worst that getting home open your bag of food and figure it out that it’s not what you paid for or what you were expecting you will eat that day.
