Ihop

I've lived in the area for a really long time. I visit this location every week with my family, we had an amazing waitress Samantha. She was quick and prompt with our order and great with my kids. The food came out spot on and the service from the staff was excellent.. We all had an amazing time and highly recommend this IHOP

Ash was GREAT! Very polite and attentive while working hard all at the same time. Came here with my daughter after our usual place was to long of a wait. Ashley provided a "old fashioned" level of hospitality that you just don't see anymore (especially at chain restaurants). She deserves a raise and/or promotion. We will definitely be returning after this A+ service.

We ordered breakfast to go and got home to realize we didn’t get our potatoes we ordered on the side. There was a waitress at the counter when I went back but completely ignored me and never acknowledged me. Finally another waitress came over and finally acknowledged me and pretty much placed it on the fly. Just really disappointed with how everyone else avoided eye contact and didn’t want to deal with me. Thank you to the young lady with short brown hair for actually helping.

My husband and I went for a visit to the IHOP location on Jog & Forest Hill Blvd. We were greeted upon entry and the restaurant was welll lit with natural lighting. Due to my special diet, I do not eat processed meat. I was able to requested 2 eggs and has browns with with a side of fish. My waitress was friendly and informed me that she, "would make it happen...". My table was located near the waiter station, which is the louder and highly trafficked. So if you want privacy seek other seating arrangements. In my opinion, this IHOP has a better restroom, was cleaner and this did not have the overwhelming smell of mold like the IHOP on Lake Worth Rd and Military. Therefore, in comparison of the two IHOP locations, I recommend IHOP off of Jog & Forest Hill Blvd.

Came to ihop Sunday 3/13/22 and today Wednesday 3/16/22 had the same server (kelsey) on Sunday she completely messed up my friends and i order she didn’t write our orders down hence why she probably got them wrong, we asked for salsa 3 times tonight and both servers there basically ignored us, after one Of us finally got up to ask because we have asked too many time already you would’ve thought they would’ve gotten it by now the other sever told us our server would be with us shortly. my friend ordered the classic burrito with avocado (add on for extra price which she paid for both tonight and Sunday night) which she didn’t get on the burrito both nights. after we were done eating tonight we waited at least 20 minutes for our sever to check if we were ready for the check when we were waiting for her to come check on us to see if we needed boxes for our food (which we did) she proceeded to come up to us and tell us our checks would be at the front which we knew but we wanted boxes for our food. During our checkout process my friend asked for his receipt and she was digging in the trash for his receipt. After his total came to 13 and some change she only gave him 6 dollars flat back so he asked for the change and she said she usually doesn’t give change back. This has personally been one of the worst ihop experiences ever. Love the food but this sever definitely ruined my enjoyment of ihop.
