Taco Bell

Was hoping to get a quick bite this morning, so came to this location at around 9 am. The woman inside waved that they were closed. Checked their hours - they were supposed to be open from 8 am. Previously I ordered delivery from this Taco Bell. One time I had to wait for about 1 hour for my order to be picked up. Another time 3 drivers cancelled my order after coming to Taco Bell and seeing the long line. The fourth driver finally delivered my order, the whole process took about 2 hours. Love their food but it’s so difficult to get it here.

Very rude unprofessional staff, consistently a long wait time 30+minutes and food is always wrong. It's definitely worth the drive to another location for sanity! DO NOT RECCOMEND!! The manager Alex is too busy to manage and Using being short staffed as an excuse is not the case here I counted 5 employees standing around and doing nothing while the line grew.

Ordered food through Phone App. Status on the App said Order was ready for pickup but when went to the store for pickup they said they did not have my order. Manager was extremely rude and did not even want to look at the Taco Bell App Order Receipt or Status. He said he had nothing to do with it. It has been a nightmare to get refund. Still have not received it. Stay away from this Taco Bell.

STAY AWAY!!! First only drive through was open. They only had 1 old man working he dropped my change insisted for me to get out the car and get it. The food was cold the nacho fries stale and nothing at all was properly prepared. When I asked for my money back He said something rude to let me know the answer is not then shut the window. He took more orders came back to the window and told me he didn't care if the line was held up he wouldn't allow me to return food.

I live in walking distance from this tell, and have been going there for over a decade, but over the past year they severely declined in quality. Insane drive though wait times. (Longest I've waited was 1 hr 25min). They mess up orders about 1 in 3 times. And more infuriatingly when I place an online order to pick up in-store in the middle of the day. I'm greeted to a drive through only sign. If their indoor dining is closed, fine. But their app never shows it, so when I arrive I have to stand in the drive though like a jackass. And its upper managements fault. I harbor no malice to the cashier's or cooks. But you can't tell me you can't pay people a good enough wage to open indoor dining when you have a line circling the building on a regular basis, and you're losing so much money from people not wanting to sit in the massive queues. I'm done with this place. I'll go up the hill to Moe's if I want a taco.

Horrible. Ordered 18 items over grub hub. 12 pack of tacos plus drinks n some other things n all was delivered was 12 pack of tacos. Put claim in for grub hub got reimbursed money for food missing but also called store and asked if they even completed order. If it was n order error or if driver picked up full food n just didn't deliver full order. The kid who answered laughed and hung up. I'll never go to taco bell again or even order online from them again.
