Taco Bell

I am giving the Taco Bell on University a 1 star because We just went there tonight and went through drive through and ordered our food, and while we were ordering the manager came on and yelled us told us if we were going to have a big order we needed to go inside. Our order wasn’t that big. Well after we got our order we noticed parts of it were missing and we went to go inside to get the items we were missing and the lobby was lock and the manager was sitting at the table playing on his phone and when my husband called to tell them they messed our food up the manager told us not to “fucking come back” We tried calling back multiple times and they refused to answer. So not only did we not get the food we paid for they kept our money as well! I am very disappointed in this place, the workers are very unprofessional. I will never go back to that location!

Ordered deluxe boxes, went home to find all hard tacos, went back immediately and tell the employees what happened, they said they were going to fix it. Dude gave gave me SOFT TACOS instead of the chalupas, I tell them AGAIN this is not it! The dude wanted to argue with me that ONLY hard tacos are in a deluxe box after telling me they're gonna fix it. Argues back with me again because I told him how to do his job correctly which is giving me what I paid for! Took him too long and too much attitude at 1:30 in the freaking morning when I only wanted to finally eat and go to bed but instead found myself with really bad employees who don't know how to do their jobs, and repeatedly make the same mistake.This item specifically, I order it constantly, Don't try to fool a customer!

-14 stars …….Tonight I went through the drive-thru around 11pm. No sign on. And I was informed that they were having technical difficulties & closed for 15 mins. So I went home because I was also informed I wasn’t allowed to sit in the drive-thru for that amount of time. Then my friend went about half hour later & was told again that they were having technical difficulties! STILL! The husband & I then went at 12:10 am & FINALLY was able to order food but of course our order was wrong & for the food we got to high of a price! Our order: 2 blue freezes (they didn’t have any other kind available) 4 chalupas (2 reg. & 2 steak) last time I checked a chalupa was fried, not soft! 1 nacho bell grande ( which is WAY smaller than it use to be!) 2 steak crunchwraps (which were basically empty of anything they usually put in them!) Upon returning home we were not impressed at all!!!!

Was excited to get the Mexican pizza once again, and it even being on their drive-thru menu board! They said they are only able to take orders for them on mobile order…their mobile app does not work. It has been broken for over 2 years now for me. Even getting a new phone it still doesn’t work. Very, very disappointed.
