Friendly, and fast! Sandwich appears sloppy, but tastes great! There was no music to drown out extra noises. Also VERY cold inside. Had to keep our coats on

Great food, happy employees. The place is a bit older and outdated though. Needs a deep clean. Not a big deal, I will be back. The free cookie question was cool. They also have an app with rewards.

Food was ok. Place on the other hand looks like a hole. Absolutely dirty, and outdated. Trash all over the place. Floors sticky, tables all dirty. Not sure why the city of Green Bay hasn’t shut them down. Especially with it being a place where you eat. Two employees that weren’t busy. Just standing there, instead of cleaning tables to say the least. I like their subs but hate going to eat there. Most likely won’t be back. Unless it’s to go.

We dined in. There were 3 workers. All 3 were incredibly unprofessional ( one worker had 3 very dark visible hickeys). Most places have background music that helps drown our noise/voices from in back, they did not. We heard everything. The things they were talking about were definitely not appropriate for customers to hear. There was no urgency while preparing orders. They were too busy talking they forgot to put fries down and then argued with each other when orders were not complete/ correct. Probably will not be back. Our food/ order was good and correct but customer service was a 0.

This place has been in disrepair for years. Now I see they spent money on digital menus but not anything on maintenance. Don't ever get ice here I've seen inside of the ice machine. Solid mold.

Sub tasted off from other locations I have gone to. I took my sub to go and the fires were not done all the way and did not have salt. When I was almost done with my sub, I found 2 hairs in it. on long and one short. The long one was wrapped in the me meat so I know it was not mine.

Food is fine. Usually cold by the time I get back to NWTC. Only one person ever working which is not conducive to hot food and happy customers. Rather go to Subway.
