Great tasting food and customer service was good! Went to order a steak and cheese sub but the server told me the last crew did not prepare the correct amount of steak for the day so they were out. He did reccomend a good substitute.

Worse Subway ever. We placed an online order for 1215pm pickup. We show up at 1220 and our meal wasn't even started. We then talk to the dum dum there and let her know we could go get our sons food and be back in 15-20 min. We ended up being 30min and came back at 1pm, our meal still hadn't been started. We then request a refund and were advised that she is the only one there and a manager needs to do this. Can you call someone? No.....another 10 min later and nothing. Just left still being owed almost $30 for sandwiches, can't believe a company can operate like this.

Continuously give this place another shot and continuously let down by the horrible customer service. Been there several times, and only once was I impressed by the service... figured I lucked into being served by an efficient, friendly employee, however when I returned the following week, that same employee was brash and rushed. Guess it's just the atmosphere of that particular location. Oh, and they were all out of Italian bread... that's like pizza hut running out of pizza crust. Very disappointing.

One worker on a Tuesday, not sure if dude was going through something but he had a terrible additude , seemed like we were making go way out of his way to make a friggin sandwich. Also charged me full price for a fountain drink when all I wanted was the cup and ice . So I hope he has a better day tomorrow or something

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! If I could I rate no stars i would. Very RUDE!!!!! The 2 workers were super slow made us wait 10mins before take our order then we start to order. The girl who was wearing sun glasses while working took next persons order before we even done ordering our 3 subs. Then no white bread really its only 6 o clock. Just rude. That was the subway on Ashland.

I sometimes dread whos going to be working at night when I'm going home hungry. Tonight a delightful young lady was very pleasant. Plus the place was clean, windows anothe the food and all.

They run out of main ingredients, the only employee was overwhelmed and overtired trying to do it all, the place was dirty... Other than that, Subway is a good quick choice with good flavor in everything.

I bought their new sliders. They are perfect for when you need to eat but not that hungry. Small but great! Turkey and cheese, steak and cheese.
