Every time we order from here they screw up our order. Whether it is some thing that we didn't order or order is just completely wrong. This time I ordered a steak bowl and no steak in it at all.

Poor food quality even at Taco Bell expectations... 12 chips and Slop Bell crapo and a side of Slop in a shell. High five Taco Bell for making it on my franchise list of places never to go again.

If I could give zero stars I would. The workers don't know their menu. Ask for a combo meal and they asked me what was all in it. This isn't the first bad experience I've had. Numerous occasions I can hear arguing of employees and when I get up to the window they are swearing at one another. The food quality is poor and the professionalism is awful. Or ask for a certain item I get told unable to make it....I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION...and to top it off they try and be humorous with the remarks but most of the time just completely rude and disrespectful.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We had to wait over 20 minutes for our (simple) order a few days ago, and tonight we waited for over 45 minutes for our again, simple order. Literally, two main menu items. There were three cars in line at the time I got to the drive-thru (which, fair warning, is a one way option-you cannot back out or leave the line after driving in) and it took 45 minutes for me to get to the window and get my order. It took over 10 minutes for each car in front of me. This is ludicrous. We could have gone to any sit-down restaurant in that amount of time and have been nearly done eating!

First off whoever was in the drive through can’t take orders for anything. Dude took 5 mins just for one combo order. Second off y’all couldn’t even get the order right after you took five minutes taking it. Thirdly the one handing me the order was rude and really seemed like he couldn’t be bothered.

tacos were stale like they sat there all day and i ordered a toasted cheddar chalupa box and it had chicken in the chalupa instead of beef. that cant be a mistake that had to be intentional. not to mention the drive threw dude was super rude basically throwing the food out the window at us.

Just went through a drive through, waited for 30 mins in line just so they could mess up our order( apparently they didn’t hear half of our order) and refused to make the two chicken quesadillas we ordered. They already charged us for the other stuff so we decided to leave the place. 5 dollars is a small price to pay and we weren’t going back to the long line. Thank you, Charlene for a reminder that Taco Bell can’t provide decent customer service.
