Chili's

Review Update: This picture was taken during our dinner the other night, this was a Triple Dipper platter straight from the kitchen. For $14 I was expecting more than 4 fried pickles. This was a very sad amount of food for the price. I really like Chilli's so this is tough for me. The waitresses seem to be trying so hard to get things right. Lately the food has been coming out incomplete and the service has been slow. Yesterday's visit the lava cake was missing it's chocolate top, our drink order was wrong, burger had sauce that was asked to be omitted. Bummer for the price of service and the 40 minute wait due to being understaffed.

My first take out experience. Not the best. I messed up my order originally, it got fixed. But then I had to go in to pickup and pay. It wasn't ready at specified time. Was told they would bring it out to my car in just a sec. Still 10 minutes later, I had to go back in and ask where my order was. Got Ancho Chili Salmon. It was OK, I was hungry and ate it all. The Salmon has changed from the last time I got a Salmon dish. It used to be a nice thick piece, today I got a dry, flat piece of Salmon. Probably not gonna do that again.

My husband and I went for a late lunch. The hostess was nice and we were seated right away. Our server came to our table right away. He didn't introduce himself, we don't even know his name. He was nice but could have been more enthusiastic. We ordered drinks right away. I got the blackberry margarita, my husband got a soda. The margarita was delicious but the price was not. We ordered burgers. I got the southern smokehouse burger. It was supposed to come with a side of bbq sauce, I didn't get that. My husband got the old timer, both were served with fries. The burger and fries were very good and large. I only finished half of mine. We always give restaurants more than one try so we will go back. Hopefully with a better server. I would recommend because the food was good.

normally we get chili's fairly often, but our recent experience has turned us off for a bit. it wasnt very busy at all when we went, so we sat right away. our waitress was training another waitress.... not very well. all of our food was brought out by kitchen staff....where were either of those waitresses? we ate our entire meals without seeing the waitresses again. we would have liked refills, had our empty glasses on the edge of the table, but nobody came to check on us 🤷‍♀️ ordered the dip trio & the queso & queso with meat were both room temp/cold. got a quesadilla as my entree which was fantastic, until it had a hair in it.
