Went here a week ago 1/20/22. Very good. Service was great. Actually dined it. Staff professional and helpful. My- all the wonderful looking treats and ohhhh so good(I bet) but not so healthy for me! Lol. Had sound and bread. My friend had some soup and Asian salad. We both loved our food. Very good. All fresh.

A half sized salad and two dressing cups 1/4 full each is what we got for $12 from this location tonight. What a rip off. Was a drive thru purchase discovered after we got home; my wife literally went back out to the grocery to buy lettuce and dressing to supplement. Will not be going back any time soon.

I love Panera when they don’t mess up, last 2 pick two meals they forgot to put my soup on both manager said she will send me vouchers which never came through, today I got a wild rice soup which ended up being a chicken soup with a bonus of plastic in it and a chicken sandwich with cold bread and chicken.

So perfect I could not believe it! Ordered breakfast for a date from my bedroom in Appleton. As I walked up to the restaurant in Green Bay I got the text it was ready 5 minutes early. Coffees were good, chocolate croissant was delicious. Soufflé was delish! I Love being on time so thank you!! ☕️🍳

This place has the best customer service! Good rewards program, coffee is usually fresh and refills are selfservice, as are the lemonades. Salads are always fresh. Never had a bad experience at this location.

Delivery service was horrible. There was not one notification it was delivered. I at least expect a knock. Food was cold, croutons on salad were like rocks. Might of been better if we were notified of delivery. Except the croutons. They needed to be thrown out.

Atmosphere was good (visiting it today 02-17-2019). Food was good. After finishing my bagel and reduced fat cream cheese, I noticed that I was given an expired cream cheese dated 01-19-2019.
I brought this up to attention of the server, and she told her manager. I went to see her to make sure they remove the expired items from their bins. Manager asked me if I ate the cream cheese. I said well yes, I noticed it after the fact when the empty tub was upside down. Basically you were not to sell one month old expired item. "She said, Oh! Let me see what I could do". She left me waiting for another 15-20 min. The manager never came back and totally forgot about it. We left Panera in Green Bay and here is the picture of the expired item and the manager continuing making coffee and ignoring what she said and to address my concern. My little also had part of my bagel with cream cheese.

I would love to give my sincere gratitude to the staff and the store manager. My partner went to get some chicken and wild rice soup in a bread bowl for me, as I have been under the weather. They were just about to close for the day and out of bread bowls and soup was almost gone. We weren't upset about it and totally understanding. Thank you for the delicious soup. A true blessing!
