We ordered a NY XL pizza with sausage and extra pepperoni. Got home and there is no sausage on the pizza. Call up there and tell employee about the mistake she placed me on hold for 10 minutes, comes back and says the other employee put the correct amount of sausage on the pizza, when there is NO sausage at all. Went up there and just kept getting attitude from employees saying they didn't make a mistake. Literally have I never been treated so disrespectfully. This location is a joke and lost a good customer. Just a simple apology and remake of the pizza would have sufficed. Did not receive an apology AT ALL. I will never go back there . thanks for nothing.

I called in my order and I arrived 15 minutes later and all 4 of my pizzas were ready. It was very clean inside and the employee was wearing a mask. The salads looked fresh so I purchased 2 of them. Both the pizzas and salads made with fresh ingredients and tasted great. The pizzas only take 15 minutes to cook at home. I feel that these pizzas are of greater value and have far more ingredients on them than pre-prepared pizzas and you eat them hot out of the oven as well! Great value.

I'm very disappointed with my pizza. Online order told me ready in 40 minutes and I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes at the store for them to make it....so basically it took over an hour to pick it up and it looks like it was thrown together in seconds. Parts of the pizza weren't even covered in sauce and some of the ingredients didn't look fresh....at least take time and pride in your work...people who walked in and ordered got a better looking pizza than what I received. Honestly very disappointed after having such great service.

We have gotten a pizza from this shop perhaps 60 times, trying every combination on the menu. Most visits it take 2-3 minutes for the staff to make your pizza. Want to change and ingrediant, no problem. And...Tuesday special price for all large pizzas is a great value. Bake at home means every pizza is HOT, and they taste good too.

Stopped in my way home to try their pizza for the first time. I purchased the Gourmet pizza~ Chicken, spinach, sundried tomatoes & feta cheese on a garlic crust. Took it home. Cooked it to the directions & it was delicious. It was so good, I went & bought another one a week later. We do not really have anyplace that sells good pizza. This place rocks!

I've been ordering the cowboy Family Pizza for probably 10 years at various Papa Murphy's in various states that I've lived in and have never had a bad one! Very consistent very delicious and my all-time favorite pizza.

Ordered a call in pizza on a Tuesday night. We were able to pick up through the drive thru. Paid for the pizza, kids pizza and salad. I was handed a stuffed pizza. Told them I did NOT order a stuffed pizza (personally do not like them at all). Was said “well sorry.” Pulled around front to walk in an ask what type of pizza it was..it was a Bacon Chicken Stuffed Pizza. During my call in o ordered an original Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza. Completely wrong pizza. There mistake not mine. Was told I would to buy a new one Even though it was there mistake. Was not given any other option. Ended up having to just through the pizza away at home as no one in my family likes stuffed or that specific pizza. Extremely rude staff, poor manager with little leadership skill. They got my order wrong and didn’t fix it.
