This review is specific to one experience on 1/29/2020 at 8:21PM. I also completed the survey I found on the receipt to share this same experience.
I worked a 12 hour shift during this visit and was exhausted. I was not looking forward to stopping by McDonalds due to past experiences. Usually during the late nights, it takes a good amount of time before I’m attended, I often deal with unprofessional staff and sit in my car for a long period of time waiting for my cold food. After 7pm, the whole process of ordering and getting my food typically takes 20 minutes. This time was different.
The employees attending me that night had a great attitude, were polite, energetic, friendly, fast and professional. This made my night! The cashier and the young man handing me my food were amazing. It just took these two interactions to make up for the difficult day. I went home happy! I was surprised how focus and attentive these two employees were as they were really young (maybe high school age). I was impressed by these two individuals. I regret not getting their names. This one experience made all the difference for me. Amazing customer support that night. Just... wow!

.. People working looked like they where still at home.
But thank God I waited to eat until I got home..

Surprisingly good this time. Order was correct and they didn't skimp on the fries. They even remembered the napkins. This McDonald's, in the past, has always been a little on the slow side. Not this time... It was a quick in and out visit.

After asking my kids nuggets to be made fresh they gave me this. It looks super old and dirty oil, my Ford Explorer gets oil change more often than this fryers. A shame !!! 🤦♂️
