Arby's

First time at this Arby's. This store is one of the best I've ever been to, and that's a lot of Arby's! Just like almost every other chain fast food places in Greeley, people are friendly, efficient, and maintain a good attitude when they are dealing with a rush. I was using an emailed "Birthday" special offer through the drive-through. The line went surprisingly quickly. The staff member was very friendly, actually wished me a happy birthday (!), and I also ended up with a medium shake, instead of small, and a sandwich that was way bigger and stuffed with beef than what the email offer said. I felt like I got sincere, friendly service. The bun was fresh, and the quality, generous quantity, and perfect cooking of their roast beef was awesome. The quality and the cooking tends to vary from one Arby's to another, and this store's food would easily get a "10" on a scale of 1 to 10. They really know how to do things right! Highly recommended.

I brought my mom 2 hours to her doctor's appointment and stopped here for lunch! I was a little bit irritated because the guy who seemed to be in charge kept asking for my mom's crispy fish sandwich and I don't know what seemed to be the issue with it but people who ordered after us was getting their orders! I'm not that patient of a person but I did notice that it seemed that this location/manager was trying to give a few people a chance that other managers may not have so I didn't say anything! Finally we got our order and as I was walking away, I heard the manager say, "This is for Angie too!" I just thought that he put the curly fries in a separate bag so I took the bag and to my surprise, he had instead put 2 cherry pastries in the second bag! I didn't order them and they were not charged to my card either so I assume that he may have noticed my irritation on my face and wanted to give us some good customer service that you just don't find just anywhere nowadays! They were very good and very much appreciated! Thank you

I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a classic roast beef with cheese sauce added to it. When I got home it did not have the cheese sauce. Which the receipt shows I was charged for. That didn't really annoy me. What did annoy me, was that I called them to see if maybe I could switch it out or get a credit for next time. But every time I called, no one answered. And I tried seven times. I've never had an issue with anything from there, until now. It's unfortunate.

A truck got stuck after a worker asked them to shut it off. Instead of doing anything to help the flow of business they let customers sit in the drive thru until we got out and help push the gentleman out. After we did all that we couldn't even get food. Honestly with the staffing issues and this occurrence I don't think I will be going to arbys for the foreseeable future. Especially the one on west 10th in greeley.
