Did online order, the shop didn’t get the changes to sandwiches, so four out of five sandwiches were wrong. Store GM Sean didn’t do anything to make this up to me. No store credit nothing remade, and no money back. Also only talked with some one who said they were a shift manager the GM never called me back. The gal said he was delivering food and would be back but won’t be available to talk till Monday. Spent $70 after tip tax and food.

Great sandwiches but this location seems to get something wrong every time we order. Paid extra for guacamole and we don’t get it, sandwiches are NEVER cut in half even though it’s selected each time and we write in the notes to cut it. Delivery time takes much longer now than it used to as well. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service about issues before and was told my complaint was passed along to this location but then I never heard anything else.

Made my sandwich’s wrong when I called for them to fix them the woman claiming she was a manager said she made my sandwiches correct and refused to fix them or refund my order in return for the food back. Will

Jimmy Johns is good may be the fastest and tastiest fast food sandwich. Not as customizable as Subway. Definitely better tasting bread than SilverMine Subs. Overall a great quick filling sandwich shop.

This location fails to deliver parts of my order on a regular basis. When I call and ask for the remainder of my order to be delivered, I typically end up waiting an hour or better to receive it. The delivery service at this location is the poorest I’ve seen anywhere.

Biggest rip off of any sandwich place I know, the sandwich is almost 2/3 just bread, usually somewhat stale the times I’ve gone, for almost $11

I love Jimmy John's! This location is great, very clean, and good customer service. This is a go to place when I'm out with my mom. The option to get an Unwich is a plus for her, but their bread is amazing.

My husband and I never get enough of the hot peppers on our sandwich through the app so I always call. And last night 3/19 who ever took our order, she heard us and definitely delivered! Best sandwich we've ever had!!! Thank you!
