Fonta's Restaurant

First time ever eating at Fonta's Pizza Restaurant. Tonight we ordered 2 Gluten Free Pizzas for carryout. We ordered their American Pizza Gluten Free which consists of Sausage, Pepperoni & Mushrooms... since we enjoy Jalapeños we ordered those as an extra topping. We also ordered another Gluten Free Pizza called Roman which consists of Sausage & Pepperoni but I wanted 2 more toppings so I got Pineapple & Onions... Oh my gosh we are extremely impressed! These pizzas came out fantastic. The crust size is 14 inches & it was chewy & amazing. It reminded us of what regular Pizza crust tastes like but to us this was better. Due to our food allergies we had to get Gluten Free & we were not disappointed. Of all the restaurants we've eaten here in Greeley, Colorado this is hands down our new favorite. I wish we would have found this place sooner! But we will definitely be ordering from Fonta's again. If you're looking for a good & delicious Gluten Free Pizza look no further. If I could choose 10 stars I would! Yes it's that good! And we are picky Gluten Free eaters...

Love the antipasto salad, the pizza and the gyros! Those are the only items we always get as a family. I’m sure everything else tastes just as great. I like to chat with the owner. He is a very nice man. Everyone is friendly there. This restaurant has been in Greeley for decades. I moved here in 1981 in Fontas Pizza was here then. It has now survived a couple of recessions and pandemic. That says it all.

$41 for a large and small pizza. They got the large wrong and we had to have it replaced. When I was a kid this place was great, but I’m really not sure what the deal is now. The small pizza was cheese and it tasted like tomato sauce from a can with extra salt. The large was meh… salty! Not a good experience after my first visit in 30 years.

I've come to or ordered from Fonta's on & off for over 20 years, but this was the first time I ordered something other than pizza, and boy! am I glad I did! This was probably the best gyro I've ever had, and I really appreciated that they put the tzatziki sauce on the side (when other restaurants put a ton of it on the gyro, it way too messy)! My wife & our friend both had calzones agreed that it was even better than Roma!
