Please come East!!!! I'm from Bay Shore and usually do a lot of work in Great Neck as well as the rest of the island - east to west. There isn't a day that goes by that I dont order a sandwich somewhere. I'll be the first one to tell you this is a great place. Mother daughter combo who I always see running and doing their best to make sure everyone's taken care of. I could deffinetly understand how some of the people around great neck could get frustrated with the language barrier but honestly if you just took a seccond to be patient you'd see the barrier isn't very significant. They've gotten my sandwich right every time. But than again trying to explain something like that to people who live around here is impossible as they are a very uptight group of people who constantly honk thier horns over nothing and are always in a rush to go nowhere. Just know that's where the bad reviews are coming from. Not from average Joe's like me looking for a sandwich. From entitled people who would leave a nasty comment because you added a drop of milk too much in thier coffee. Thank you very much entre, you keep me and my entire crew fed every single day. You guys are great.

People here complaining about the service are just racist because the people don’t look like them! Service was great, very nice people. The whole time being here I would see regular customers come in and they knew the order before hand. They take care of customers! Food was good, could be better. Would come here again!
