Olimpia has the best customer service. We don't get to come out too much and she made the experience 100 times better just because she knows how to provide Excellent customer service. Kudos to the whole team, shout out to Olimpia your amazing Thank you.

If u like shells with lettuce like a rabbit its a great place to go otherwise dont waste ur time I get that its fast food but u can atleast try to make customers happy 1% meat on everything I ordered

I honestly would put no stars if I could. The customer service we received from there tonight was absolutely awful. I went back after realizing they had forgotten several items and I called and waited at the door but instead of just calmly saying that I need to go back through the drive thru several of the employees went to the front doors and making it seem like they were going to open up the doors but instead they kept pointing towards the drive thru and even on the phone they were extremely rude.

I hate ordering 8 supreme tacos and paying for them. And getting home and find I only got 7. This happens too often.

Let's be honest here, it's taco bell and fast food. Not bad but not great either. 9 times out of 10 you will be missing something from your bag through drive through. It's not a joke, they are that bad. Advice, before driving away from the window, stay and check your bags. Who cares if they are irritated, trust me, you'll be more upset if you read this, drive off, then find you're missing something.
