Subway

Our basketball team was able to take advantage of their catering service. The kids were so thankful and the parents were pleased about not being forced to purchase high priced options in the area. The service was spot on. They pack gloves in the bags along with individual mustard and mayonnaise packets which was clutch for our outdoor experience.

Cheap owners at this location. I placed an online order for a foot long sub, chips and a 20 oz. Soda for 13 bucks. What I received was a sandwich with 3 see through slices of meat and small cup for a fountain drink. The only thing that was portioned correctly was the bag of chips. I bet if they could figure out how to shrink it they would. The owner actually ran over to argue with me about the soda not being a bottle! She took the time to pull up the price difference. No wonder your business has NO one there at noon. Your peak time is noon aka Lunch! I hope you made a few cents more ripping me off. I know I won't be back and from what it looks like Grayson feels that way too.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but I have had issues after issue with this subway. I understand that they may be under staffed from covid, but customers should be able to receive a refund, if they are out of the food that was ordered for pickup. This has happened to me twice now on two separate occasions and I never received my food I ordered or a refund. Also they wouldn’t allow substitutions for the kids applesauce and they also made two really lousy subs tonight. I guess I will take my business to another subway from now on!

I just had the most horrible service at this Subway. The lady working there tonight is the worst. I think she is the supervisor for the night or something. I could not get vinegar on my sub because she will not go in the back and refill, could not get full Avocado scoop because the tray was empty but she charged me for it anyway. She really didn't want to be there. Her whole body language was horrible! I will not be returning there ever. I only wish I could give her a zero

I have OCD and I very rarely have a preferred sandwich shop. I visited this one on a whim during a busy soccer mom day, and to my surprise, it was VERY clean. I always pay close attention to the ratings and health inspection grades and an A was easily visible. I can clearly see that the employees are expected to do their job, because I was serviced with a smile and again cleanliness is a DIRECT reflection of a strong management team. In a time of a pandemic THIS is where I want to get a quick bite to eat. I told them I am a military vet and they thanked me for my service and I wanted to be SURE to thank them for theirs. THANK YOU!

This place does not treat their employees good at all they are very understaffed. The male owner has a terrible temper and talks bad about other employees. The female owner, his wife, Carla stalks the employees when working and calls them to complain about their work. Constantly. The employees are told to be very cheap and skimpy with all products and get yelled at for using even one extra piece of meat.
