I usually love this McDonald’s, they make some of the best drinks and they’re fries and food are always hot.. but on my last visit, I placed an online order and couldn’t make it to pick up and no where to cancel order on app so I called store and gentleman told me I had to call 800 for the app to get a refund, well called and waited 4 days for a refund. Finally filed a complaint online with McDonald’s and got a response from April the manager. She has settled everything fairly and has been super helpful.

I got to talking with Nick and found out he was training for a manager position, he was super friendly and had a great accent too! Felt like southern hospitality when I came inside to order!

We rolled up like ballers at around midnight and ordered over 150 burgers. They took our a request and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Michael, Onur, Olivia and Cheryl specifically was more than helpful along with the shift manager. They had already cleaned off the grill and still promised to make our order. I could not be happier as a customer. Give these people more money

Upon a dreary and lonesome night, I was without a mighty steel steed and I cam across their window nearly at the midnight hour. Their tools were cleaned and the griddles polished, yet they cooked our burgers without complaints. They did not cook us 1, or 2, or a merely 15 burgers. We requested 150 of their mightiest burgers and they steadfastly prepared them for our haste. Many thanks to the sirs and madamse Michael, Onur, Olivia, Cheryl.

This review is based off of one thing and one thing only, the same exact meal every time I come here, the spicy chicken sandwich, the sauce is so damn good, the pickles, the sauce and the chick is just so good, and this review is only for the spicy chicken sandwhich, I HOPE THEY NEVER STOP SELLING IT
