Haven't been there since I was in the U.S.A.R in the 90s and it was great for the lunch break and watch the river. Oh yeah the canoe is still up the tree!
Very nice very small town Bar and Grill. Excellent Friday night fish and chips. Some pretty non standard bar food, nightly specials. Super friendly staff. Make sure you check out the canoes in the tree behind the bar. Small patio seating area alongside the North Branch of the Ausable River

Fried mushrooms were greasy and delicious served with ranch dressing for dipping. I ordered an olive burger which was cooked perfectly. It was juicy but no blood. The bun was grilled so it had a crisp edge but was soft and moist on the other side. My basket came with tangy Cole slaw in a plastic sou
Local bar with good service and solid food, a country bar. The entrance door handle, a re-purposed recurve bow, sets the mood perfectly.
I just purchased 50 acres in Lovell's township Michigan I absolutely loved Riverside tavern people are great cannot wait to go join and hang out.
We have visited the Riverside several times recently for a late lunch or dinner. The food and service each time has been excellent.
Tonight we had the fish fry, it was fantastic. Reasonable prices too.
Great bar atmosphere. People were friendly and wanted us to come back. Attitude is everything. Place was decorated for a Halloween party very well. Pricing was average. I'll be back.
Good grub, great service, quaint, cozy, beautiful view. Katie is an excellent server and makes a great cocktail! Hidden gem. Super affordable.
great food, watch football, play pool, tell lies and have fun meeting like minded fishermen, fisherladies, hunters and the like, do not miss the bridge walk in july ! you have to have a reservation , ... it is way too much fun !!
