Josh at front was a delightful gentleman. Made our visit amazing. Going above and beyond to make sure we got everything, don’t see that with fast food much lately.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on the way down to mount pleasant. Fast service. I decided to try the reuben. Overall it was pretty decent, I thought it was a bit salty. My partner got the roast beef and cheddar. As always that was good along with the curly fries. Easy on and off location.

Great food great atmosphere just one wonderful place to have a meal Arby's has really great food, whoever prepares the food at this location does a fantastic job!! Just a wonderful group of people that make this world a brighter and better place and it was my most enjoyable meal at a fast food place in a long long time

To the men and women at Arby's keep up the great work. Serve those customers to the best of your ability. Ignore the haters and the negative comments. What if the tables were turned and that was thier son daughter niece nephew etc. On the other side of that window? Been there done that, Popeyes 99-01 Yokosuka, Japan.

Alex was super friendly at the counter. Can't say enough about Josh, tho. That guy never fails to make sure our food is hot and fresh. Always goes out of his way, above and beyond, for his customers.

Order was taken accurately - food was a good taste - but the pleasure of this visit is attributed to the young lady on the headset who took the time with someone with bad hearing, answering every question I had.
It's frustrating, going through life with bad ears, I would not wish it on anyone, but there are some who simply don't get agitated when asked to repeat, and this young lady was a joy. Quite hospitable.
Thank you for that, and thank you Arby's for considering giving her a raise maybe?

The experience once we found the drive-through was great, what you'd expect from Arby's! Getting there isn't as obvious if your getting off I75-N though. There's no sign telling you to turn right after the overpass, or that it's combined with the gas station, or that the drive-through doesn't wrap the building. 1st world problems for sure, but when you're trying to stop quick, those things add up.

The dining room is closed, only the drive-thru is open because of covid. So they put a phone number on the lock door for the truck drivers. A very nice young lady answer the phone took my card and brought me my food. Thank you Arby's for taking care of the truck drivers. You guys are great, we appreciate it!

Went thru drive thru around 2:15 in the afternoon on Fri 8/22. Had just had an encounter with a wrong way driver on I 75 Southbound out of Grayling. Young man working drive thru had no idea how shook up I was. But his politeness and wonderful service calmed me down and I thought what a caring person. Great Employee. Sorry I can't remember his name. Oh and food was great too.

Always stop here for a delicious sandwich everytime I'm in the area. Conveniently connected in the truck stop. The staff is always very friendly and courteous every time I'm in here as well as prompt. The food quality is better than most, not as greasy for some reason when u get the smokehouse! Clean and well kept areas.

The new fish sandwich, is actually better then expected! I have high standards for fish, for the first time in many years, I was...rather pleased by said food. The staff was slow, dirty clothes, dirty floors and counters, this is definitely a grab it and go place.
