Raley's

Most employees are great, especially in the deli/bakery. One lady who works late shift is incredibly helpful when I had a lot of questions about pastries etc. Love the cakes there! Sometimes checkers are irritable when it's busy but there's a young tall dark haired gentleman who's always incredibly helpful and funny. It's an overall nice place to shop.

I went to the raley's taco bar today. I got a burrito bowl with black beans and chicken. I was offered 2 sauces which I declined. PROS- * Customer service was friendly and quick *Taco bar appeared clean and fresh *Good size portion CONS- *The chicken and black beans were drastically lacking in seasoning. I should have opted for the sauce. The whole meal could've benefitted from a salt

Rude stocking person , prevented me from accessing products and told me to keep my distance very rudely when she almost bumped into me . Most of the time Raleys is a great store and people are friendly and helpful . First bad experience. If you work in customer service , you need to be polite to customers. Not drive them away and prevent them from buying products This all happened in the dairy section today Hope it doesn’t happen again . Because I like shopping here . The last couple of times I’ve come in here have been pretty unsatisfactory. Some of the staffing have very poor customer service. I had one specific incident happen last night with an employee/manager named Keaton. He’d walked up to a conversation I was having with another cashier. We we’re discussing someone stealing at self checkout and Keaton came up saying “Robber?” Multiple times. He then preceded to call me a “Tweaker robber”. When questioned about it he wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Normally I’d let it slide but Im not the only one who has had negative/unprofessional experiences with his behavior. Most of the employees seem miserable and the store has a pretty dim atmosphere nowadays. I’ll be taking my business to SPD, Safeway, or grocery outlet for now on. This Raley's used to truly have an amazing staff and great atmosphere.
