Lumberjacks really struck me as a rebranded Dennys. I felt the food was ok but nothing special, very basic. The service was a bit slow, taking about 30 mins to get our entree. What was truly disappointing was the working atmosphere of the place. I heard the waitress snap at a couple next to us for asking how much longer their food would be, and then the receptionist berate the busser for something. Not sure why their is such a toxic environment there, but they don't hide it well. Appetizer: Cheese Sticks Entrees: (1)  Logger's Breakfast Burrito (2) Lumberjack's Two-egg Classic Atmosphere/Decor: Denny's/IHOP feel with lumberjack decor Server Attentiveness: Slow, minal service Food Wait: Slower than average Cost/Value: $13-14 per entree

Wonderful friendly staff with large portions of tasty food. The reason for the 3 stars is due to my steak being so thin. I would call it a minute steak for a sandwich. It's not an entree in any way.

UPDATE: WENT AGAIN AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT! GUESS IT'S HIT OR MISS. I'll start by saying that the service here was wonderful and kudos to our waitress. However, the food was not good! My kids wouldn't eat the fruit bowls because it literally bad fruit and one pieceI couldn't even recognize what it was. The biscuit just crumbled apart when I tried to butter it and was very hard on the outside, definitely not fresh at all. Omelette, mac n' cheese and cinnamon French toast were ok. I've been many times before this pre-covid and it was pretty good but not this time. Also it was my son's 9th birthday and they didn't do anything to recognize it like most restaurants tend to with a little scoop of icecream or small piece of cake, matter of fact they didn't even have cake.

Absolutely deserted Monday night. The server was attentive. I ordered steak and eggs. The cook needs to make the toast last, not first. Ice cold with no butter--it wasn't worth eating. The steak was good. I'll be back but not for toast.

Really good food and the big portions help you accept the larger price tag. However, we had a party of 6 and were told 15 minutes. It turned out to be 45.

If you like Denny's, you might like this place, but I think Denny's at least avoids making bad food. Certainly avoid any dish with buscuits and gravy. You could glue your wood projects with their sticky gravy, that tastes like salty glue. Yuck. Shouldn't order things like eggs Benedict at a place like this, but one of us tried it and completely terrible. Runny eggs, and I mean really runny, with uncooked muffin, and sour sauce. Inedible. Conversely, the omelet was overcooked......... Really nice staff, but food is awful. Oh, and picked up shirt stains from the dirty edge of the table when we sat down.

Average dinner with lumber Jack theme. Smaller portions but decently priced. Not the best service last 3 times there. Still better than Denny's
