I asked for my mcchicken to be made to order fresh and I got what I asked for! Super delicious that way but tames a couple minutes longer.

I always ask for fresh cookies and they give me old cookies. I order 2 double cheeseburger with no onion and my meat and cheese was old. You would think everything will be fresh due to my order was during lunch hour. I will not be going back to this McDonald's. This is the 3rd time this has happen.

This McDonald's on Kimball Avenue is one of the best the manager here at this time I cannot remember his name but his staff is fantastic he is fantastic services always great here I feel safe dining at this location they make me feel safe and secure

UPDATE 6/17. TRIED AGAIN. Ordered the big breakfast meal, skipped the coffee. Sat down and started eating. The pancakes were tough and hard.
I went to mgr.. Amber and she said she would get me a fresh set. I went back to my seat and started eating my egg n sausage. Amber comes up to me with a full big breakfast. It was tasty. Amber went above n beyond.
Gets my stars to move to the other end of the spectrum. Thank you Amber. !!!

Well the saga continues. Lousy service. Can't order any mccafe coffee because they are out of milk. Tied to a convience store 5 ft away I ask them if they can get a gallon of milk next door to take care of their customers and she says, NO YOU HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NICE JOB MCDONALDS.

I guess I should be used to being ignored at McDonald's but they took it to the next level. 10 minutes standing there waiting to place an order then another 5 when they forgot to give me my drink. I guess if anyone wants McDonald's you better go through the drive-thru if you expect decent service.

My husband and I are pretty laid back when it comes to fast food. This... I really can't understand how our entire order was cold like they pulled the whole order out of the fridge. Thats after we waited 20 minutes and we were still short one sandwich. The hashbrowns weren't cooked all the way, soggy and cold too.

I feel bad for the employees that work here. This mcdonalds is so understaffed and still try to do everything as best as they can but I've noticed that when some customers order inside they see that the place is understaffed and things will take time but still try to pick a fight with the employees and give them a hard time. The employees deserve a raise for how overworked they are and the fact that they have to deal with rude impatient customers

I hope MCD corporate would look into this. Last week I was at the drive-thru, from 7:50am to 8:09am. I spent 19 min waiting in the line, I didn't even place the order because I will be late for work. Probably somebody didn't show up to work. District manager needs to fix this store up. Employees are not happy to work there, something must be wrong with the franchise/ management.
