This review is for an employee at this location. Did a quick drive thru pick up with my family this evening and Brady took our order. He was extremely patient as we ordered and didn't rush the process. In addition, he was very pleasant and friendly in his tone. As we came to the window, he was very thorough and asked about sauces and receipt. Definitely a great and friendly experience thanks to Brady. Hoping he's recognized for this.

GRAPEVINE TX. LOCATION ... I ordered 2 supreme crossan'ts.. the person who prepared my food was not wearing a facial mask properly.. Mouth, and nose exposed, so when the cashier brought the food to me I asked for a refund... He informed me that he did not know how to process a refund, so I politely asked to have my food remade... I pulled forward and was watching through the window and she still only put on her mask over her mouth.... 15 minutes later my food was brought out to me where I just drove off and did not eat it....MONEY WASTED, LATE FOR WORK, AND HUNGRY....

Very impressed by how much care was taken to make sure our order was correct. Attendant took the extra time to place 3 bags with each order for each one of us instead of lumping all our food together. High praises for the little things that mean a lot.

It's alright, but they shouldn't have put the location next to an Arby's. You can't lose with 2 for 99 cent tacos. Watch the mail because they send out plenty of coupons. Ultimate cheeseburger is the king. Breakfast is underrated and delicious- especially for the price.

Staff repeatedly will not cover mouth and nose with mask. Contrary to state mandate. Have reported this store over a dozen times. Spoken to district manager. No action has been taken. This is not a training issue. This is a leadership issue. Please close your doors if you cant get this under control.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Order Uber eats 3 times from this location and all 3 times they have given me half the order. Two meals end up about 40$. This location has terrible reviews for a reason. Don’t order from here!

Whoever was working February 4th 2021 at 10:27 was rude and she was lucky I didn’t throw my food at her. If you don’t like your job leave. That’s all I gotta say.
